Law enforcement patting themselves on the back, while they never found him without someone snitching. This guy is a genius.
And a bad guy😂😊
That's how investigations work....
Def not a genius lol. He let them take his picture for the paper hahahahahaha.
He needs to write a book about how he made $700,000 doing scams while behind bars. I'd buy that book in a heartbeat.

He probably paid that worker to leave the keys and hid ID in the truck, and used the worker's ID to rent the uhaul. Either that, or he paid the uhaul worker some money under the table to rent him a truck without credentials.
Dude he made 700k behind bars he could of had anything he wanted set up.

I was feeling sorry for him for receiving a 20 year sentence for mail fraud, but those feelings went out tha front door when I saw he was doing more fraud while in prison for fraud, ugh.
I think when you are in prison and are "allowed" to commit more crimes, the burden should fall onto the shoulders of the incarceration facility. (Since, most of them are privatized). If the place that becomes your keeper can't prevent you from committing crimes, something isn't working.

Yeap 😂😂
What gets me the most is how he was able to keep scamming from prison, like when he goes back he needs to lose the ability to communicate outside of the prison without being heavily moderated. That was the reason why he was able to escape successfully in the first place more than likely given he already had so much money to work with.
He made 700K from behind bars? They should put him to work on fundraising for life.
Fundraising for life for proceeds to go to Littleton Colorado. Certainly not for Florida.
Sounds like a grifter I know of.
He sure looks happy and was raking the money in even behind bars. They should do a movie on him.

You gotta admit. The dude got mad scamming skills. Scam people while in prison? Who can top that??

The authorities should have been at his mom's house, his siblings house, his friend's house, et cetera within hours after that guy was able to drive a work vehicle off of the property. So obviously incompetence is rampant in this whole situation you combine that with the bad guy who doesn't want to be in prison, and then you have this situation. And obviously this guy is pretty clever. Because he evaded the law for so many years.
its not like hes serial killer, liek mail fraud
@@davidchandler6885 He scammed elderly people out of their life savings.
With all of that money, he could have moved to a country that has no extradition to the U.S., and lived like a king.
20 years just got a whole lot longer! Hope the 5 years of being on the run was worth it because I don’t believe that the charges he added to the record will allow him to see freedom for a while. He can only live so long.
The dude is in his 40s/50s. Your active life is over after a 20 year sentence. Imagine getting out of prison 70 years old, parents are dead, everyone you knew is old and moved on. You haven’t contributed enough to your pensions to retire so you have to either work till the day you die or be homeless . Id say his choice to take a chance despite his criminal actions was worth a shot. You talk like he’s 18 years old and should do his time then have enough time for a second chance at life. You literally live once.
@@CNDcovert honestly curious on your view, do you think there is no other way to retire if you dont have a pension?

In 1989, I pleaded guilty to six federal indictments for unarmed bank robbery. That is the top number the Western District of Washington State (feds) would charge you with no matter how many robberies you allegedly committed. I committed seventeen and pleaded guilty to six - my plea bargain was for 138 months. I was using heroin; I felt that I had no future. I needed money, and I was too selfish (strung out) to buckle down, grow up, and be an adult. I'm now fifty-seven years old, and I'm clean. Although I would never have considered flashing a gdmn firearm around in ANY situation - this guy got more time than I did. There's something wrong there.
