Mista's VA is so underappreciated. Being in the same show as Giorno, Bruno, and even Narancia really left him overshadowed, but in my opinion he did the best job. He was able to capture both deadly serious and comedic scenes so naturally, and I hope more people recognise that.

In the Soft Machine arc and Sleeping slaves arc respectively, Giorno and Mista throw themselves into danger to discover the secret of the stand/save Bruno. And while it seems like reckless moves to dive right into danger, they both actually knew they would survive because of a quick analysis of the situation (narancia still being alive and that the rock wasn't predicting Mista's death)
They also both used blood in order to fight Ghagachio. Giorno used blood to reveal the ice that froze the air. Mista used blood to blind Ghagachio mask and the blood froze because white album ability

Would be amazing to have a video talking about one of his fights, as he had some of the best in his part.
The fight against Giacco when het just says, ‘screw it’ and unloads a crap ton of bullets into him knowing they’re all going to deflect back at him is just badass as hell
I have to imagine how guilty Mista feels at the end, as it was his body controlled by Diavolo to kill Narancia. Also, has anyone noticed that the stripe/diamond on his shirt and hat are similar to the design on King Crimson?
I’m glad you touched on Giorno and mista’s dynamic briefly because it’s what made me love both the characters so much more. I think it’s interesting that jojo (and part 5 especially) plays heavily with themes of fate, and people being attracted to each other through fate. There’s that iconic panel where Giorno says that he and mista are “fated to walk the path of light together from here onwards” and I don’t think that the use of fate was a throwaway line. They’re the survivors. It’s left open if fugo comes back, if trish stays, but the last image of the manga is mista watching over Giorno as the latter takes the role of Don. It’s to show that Giorno and mista are stuck together, they’re going to be leading passione hand in hand (there’s also the fact that scene makes allusion to the final scene of The Godfather, where mista takes place of the wife, but that’s another discussion). Add to the fact that Giorno seems to inherit everything mista considers “lucky”, going as far as to calling him his “lucky boy”, the fact that mista seems to immediately consider Giorno more of a guiding light than Bruno (for whom he was ready to jump off a building a few days before) and was the first to trust Giorno, it’s safe to say that Giorno and mista have a deep relationship that actually has the potential to be deepened post canon, unlike most jobros, as they usually die. Tl;dr, Giorno and mista are heavily implied to be bound by fate, and their relationship is fascinating and intimate.

Mista is cut from the same cloth as young Joseph Joestar & Jean Pierre Polnareff in the sense that they're characters with great comedic aspects on the surface but in fact all three have the strongest sense of justice and resolve. They're all willing to risk life itself to do what's right or to avenge what's been done wrong. And what's so great is that these three really grow during their parts, Joseph grows from someone who selfishly only acts on him or his closest family (Erina & S.W) to someone who's willing to die to practically save the world and everyone in it. Polnareff grows from someone who only cared to end the life of the man who killed his sister to developing a bond with the crusaders to continuing on their goal and making it his own. Mista grows in the sense that his resolve simply gets stronger, his will continues to grow in each fight especially at the Ghiaccio fight. It's also funny the mention that these three all have bad luck with something. Joseph has bad luck with planes, Polnareff has bad luck with clean toilets and Mista has bad luck the number four.
If there is one thing I will forever say about Mista The Mans a literal fu*king tank Shot himself more times than his enemies, got a bullet wound stapled with no anesthesia, got half of his face frozen and just goes on about his business really. Man when I read Part 5 I thought his name was a play on Guide and Miss. still kinda funny tho that he has four sides on the diamond pattern of his sweater
Tbh I feel like Mista pulls the most weight other than Giorno and Bucharatti, and even then he keeps up pretty damn well with the two of them. They woulda been dead during the train mini-arc, and protected them all from sale. He was also instrumental against Cioccolata.
The other funny thing about Mista is how often I legit expected him to die. I know Jojo's all about characters surviving the most ridiculous wounds, but Mista's really held on for someone who wasn't a protagonist. I remember Pat from Castle Superbeast remarking "He's had like four different Hero's Deaths!"
Also, he's pretty damn tough. I remember Fugo stapling or sewing his wounds shut after the Sale fight and Mista not even wincing once. He was more caught off guard by how effective the bathroom surgery was.
Maybe because of The Rolling Stones arc but I always love that despite being the weakest of the team mista truly is the most reliable guy. No matter how crazy things get he’s always a great team player, saving the ass of buccarati and giorno mutiple times. Part 5 just wouldn’t be the same without him.
I always elt a sorta Polneraff vibe from Mista, certainly enforced by the fact that said Character makes his return in the part. I believe that both characters are the true JoBro's of their respective parts as well as the fan favorite

Boss you think we can get this guy in? His skills with that revolver seem to be on par with Ocelot.
This video is 16 minutes long...
That's 4 x 4!
*Angry Mista noises*
It’s 16:24, which is divisible by 4 anyway as one number, minutes, or seconds.
Who needs to study anyways? New Meti video, LETS GO!!!
God, I love this man. The things I would do for him. 😩
He could've shot me for being born on the 4th month and for having 4 as my lucky number (the other one is 13) I would thank him.
Everyone else in the gang: Sad backstory💀😞
Mista: Haha bullets go burrr
just a boy. just a dude. just a lad.
I've finished part 5 and loved the final scene, revels the strong bond they have. I hope to know about they in the future 🥺
Mista will forever be a single dad with 6 children and that will never change.
Best boy
Oh god the video has 4 in the total time, oh god oh fuck
Mista have 4 limps.
The poor man can't escape his fate
It's five actually
@@braylonholden5104 how he has a tail ?
@@GILGAMESH069 You’re too innocent for the internet...
@@ireallyneedtherapy1126 I actually get what he meant but his head doesn't count as a limp
Neither of them
Araki probably just liked drawing kosaku so subconsciously drew mista like that then just rolled with it
The notification came four minutes after the release, and it's 4 PM in my time zone...
Man when I read Part 5 I thought his name was a play on Guide and Miss. still kinda funny tho that he has four sides on the diamond pattern of his sweater
4 syllables in his name, 4 limbs and appeared in Episode 4. He can’t escape his fate.
his top has 4 holes
mista is a king
Guido Mista? Guido Mista... We don't miss! A. That's at least what I got from the name.
14:55
Killer queen:lemme sniff your ears
Kira:stop it we r taking a picture
Yooo my mans guido mista is the chad we didn’t deserve
As a gun guy, I do appreciate taking the time to go over Mista’s choice of weapon. Good old Araki.
How could I’d take this long to make a the glory of mista video
I like how a video about Mista was recommened to me 4 Days after it was uploaded
Holy fucking shit the alliteration is nuts
this have being a long time coming
that moment when four days ago: *Guido Mista is having a heart attack*
As much as I appreciate this, I would’ve loved it if you posted this on April 4th
Maybe because of The Rolling Stones arc but I always love that despite being the weakest of the team mista truly is the most reliable guy. No matter how crazy things get he’s always a great team player, saving the ass of buccarati and giorno mutiple times. Part 5 just wouldn’t be the same without him.
kowichi:You dare challenge me moral
Mista video?? LETS FUCKING GOOOO ❤️
4 k views already!
Better change that to 5.
Hell yeah! Finally, we got one of these about my favorite member of Passione!
I always elt a sorta Polneraff vibe from Mista, certainly enforced by the fact that said Character makes his return in the part. I believe that both characters are the true JoBro's of their respective parts as well as the fan favorite
Tank-decoy-marksman hybrid role
he tanks his own attacks more than anything else
