      Hardcover would be better. Or just compile and folder all of Greg's Kitchen Home Cooking videos. Cheaper than buying the book and it's instructional.

    As someone that doesn't know how to cook whatsoever at the age of 28 I should defo look into your cooking videos in the future for tutorials. I've always wanted to use a Slow Cooker to make my mother's Chicken Curry but I don't know how to do it. I'd ask my mother but she's not alive anymore... so I'm in a tight spot. Sick of eating frozen meals and takeaway :(

    Similar ingredients to what I use but I use a slow cooker and start with 2kg beef mince , 3 onions , 3 carrots , a jar of some sort of pasta sauce plus tomato paste , beef stock cubes oxo , minced garlic , minced ginger , minced horseradish , pepper , salt , bit of sugar , tin of crushed tomatoes , Worcestershire sauce and optional jar of anchovies . For herbs these days I just use the spaghetti Bolognese blend from master foods , it's fine .
    Next day it goes into 10 plastic food containers and into the freezer , there's 10 easy meals , just add freshly cooked pasta and some parmesan or mozzarella cheese .
    Another 2kg of mince will make two baking trays of cottage pie , there's another batch of easy meals that freeze well .

    Wrong cheap pasta mate. Get some proper pasta. Costs abit extra but it absorbs the sauce better. Just look for something that looks starchy and has more than 12grams of protein on the pack
