Hello everybody
Today, I made food that will make you lose weight even if you are full. I call this food Dububap(stir fried tofu egg rice!)
It's summer, so if you're on a diet, give it a try!
In my case, I lost weight little by little by changing my meals only for dinner.
It has no carbs and contains a lot of vegetables, so you feel full!
You can change it according to your favorite vegetable, or add cauliflower rice if it's not enough :D
📌 Ingredients
- 340g tofu
- 20g green onion
- 30g onion
- 20g carrots
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- cooking oil
Tip) 1. The texture is good when the water from the tofu disappears (you can eat it moist depending on your personal taste)
2. I don't add oyster sauce because I'm concerned about calories. For these people, please substitute 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

I used Korean tofu, and I used the firm tofu used to make the stew.
