      It is, as far as I know. I had to fly on it last summer, was an ok flight. It even had in-flight WiFi!

      Because the pilots didn't watch their instruments which mostly leading to failure. Or they rush over the checklist is a big mistake. Too much watching NSTB lol

    Great job! Thank you for the subtitles for the ATC communications; regardless of where the airline is located, it can be really hard to hear exactly what the pilots and ATC are saying.

      Engines are at the back, a few pilots I know say it's so quiet up front, it almost feels like a glider!

    FL 80?

    • @RobinJohansson17
      @RobinJohansson17  9 лет назад +4

      Means 8000ft. In the US transition level is always FL180, not in Europe. Depending on the QNH and transition altitude at different airports it can be almost any altitude but it's usually around 4000-8500ft. During this takeoff we had a transition level at 55 so everything over 5500ft is "flightlevel".

      Its the altitude alerter. They were obviously having trouble setting it correctly for the departure altitude, lol

    hur fick du igentligen åka där? Kände du någon? det är lag på att om det inte är flygande crew så måste man ha 4 punktsbälte i jumpseat vilket MD80 inte har. SAS har väll även som Policy att inte låta någon flyga där? ska flyga till kalmar och braathens sa det i alla fall ;)
