    When I saw you drilling them I thought "Oh no, I would've made collars" but then I saw the copper rivets and I thought " Now that is just perfect!". :)

      Hi Torbjörn I am looking to purchase a power hammer and was wondering if I can get some advice from you, there is one for sale close to me it is a 20kg hammer. Would a 20 kg be sufficient for forging axes , hammers etc or would it not be strong enough? ?

    • @torbjornahman
      @torbjornahman  7 лет назад +1

      It sounds a little small for that, but different hammers delivers different blows so you shouldn't rule it out completely without testing.

    The way you do it is some kind of meditation-thing with fire, steel and tools... the outcome is always a go, but not that important... it is the process of blacksmithing-meditation... I cannot describe it in any other way... great video - thumbs up.
