Hannahs reaction to Ash 'enjoying ' the movie was hilarious 😂😂😂
It’s annoying. She isn’t even reacting to the movie and ash’s has to react to her reacting to him.
Agreed Dax. lmao. there relationship is hilarious. i don't get the other responses in this thread. sometimes i think people should just laugh and enjoy things.
The interaction between you two actually made this the most enjoyable reaction you two have ever produced, Dying laughing!!!
Timothy my brother, thank you ❤️
@@justtrustash read Frank Miller's work on a variety of characters, concepts , & historical events. Here's some suggestions for you
300
Sin City (1996-1999)
The Dark Knight Returns
Batman Year One
Daredevil (1981- 1984)
Daredevil Born Again
Daredevil Man Without Fear
Ronin
Martha Washington
All-Star Batman(for hilarious
over the top depiction of Batman)
Hannah giving you a hard time the whole movie is hilarious lmao
What kind of a hard time tho? 😅
Penetration and symbolism.
Red Flags and Women’s Rights
She’s a bad girl and he’s a bad boy, bad girls and bad boys naturally like each other.
Literally showing how insecure she is. It's super embarrassing.
I’d just like to say how much I enjoyed Hannah “bubbling up” 🤣
Ash's immediate hand to the mouth when Hannah dry heaves is absolutely one of my favorites haha, another great reacts!
You can tell her gags are genuine because her nipples hardened in like 2 seconds before she stood up
You 2 are legendary. Every other reacting couple it feels manicured and clinical. You guys, I feel like I'm watching a movie with my mates. 😅 Just an authentic, REAL reaction. ❤
Man that is a proper compliment, thank you mate ❤️
nikki and steve are funny movie couple..you seen them?
@thomasov2004 true that! It still works though lol, I cannot stand movie reactions where they constantly talk while the movie is playing, pisses me off to no end!!
This film is based on a series of graphic novels written and drawn by Frank Miller. All the dialogue is straight from the books and the artwork served as storyboards for the photography, right down to the limited use of color. Robert Rodriguez insisted that Frank Miller co-direct with him, which led to his resignation from the Directors Guild of America. Frank Miller hugely influenced all modern interpretations of Batman with his graphic novel from 1986 "The Dark Knight Returns".
Also, Marv (Mickey Rourke) is one of the best characters I have ever seen. His desire to protect the ones he loves above all else is why I like him.
everything you said is wrong
@@foreignmilkInstead of saying everything is wrong how about you give us some constructive criticism and tell us what is wrong about it.
thanks, nerd.
@@cosesu8929 no
@@foreignmilk Oh really! Interesting. Thanks for that informative explanation. Now it all makes sense.
Probably the funniest reaction I have ever seen 🤣🤣🤣
Cheers mate ❤️
38:55 can we all agree this is the greatest Freudian slip of all time. Hannah got worked up over this movie! I have not laughed this hard at a reaction in a long time. Your chemistry bursts through the screen!
You guys were RIDICULOUSLY entertaining in this one, good golly!
This is also the most widely underrated comic movie of all time. Literally taking the comic book pages to the screen flawlessly.
And Ash you should know Frank Miller from Batman and Daredevil, you'll love his stuff. I think legend has it he was mugged in New York while working for Marvel and went dark mode. We owe Miller a lot for the dark realism in comics.
+1 I'm a huge fan of Miller since 'Ronin' and 'The Dark Knight Returns'. Still waiting for someone to be brave/talented enough to tackle 'Ronin' as a movie :)
Children of Men with Clive Owen is an astonishing film. Yall should watch it next
It's a must see. Really.
Seconding this, it's seriously underrated and barely anyone reacts to it.
Yes! These two would love Children of Men!!!!
YES! Masterpiece-level film!
Yeah, Ash would love it!
Honestly I gotta say thank you to Hannah. Professional comedians can't make me do more than push a bit of air out my nose but her gagging elicits so much genuine vocal laughter from me. And it's not just the gagging itself. It's everything. It's the fact that she tries so hard not to but is powerless to stop it and then the instant anger and rage after it happens. The entire scenario is pure gold and I LOVE it!!!
Probably cuz you’re not watching the right comedians Brody lol
Hahaha Hanna is such a redhead if you know you know. She’s got that fire in her heart. I love Ash and Hanna so much
Mickey Rourke as Marv is the very definition of perfect casting, you can remove the makeup and it’ll still be the same magnificent performance because he’s pretty much playing a more exaggerated and violent version of himself. Even he said it himself that Marv’s face is how he sees his face thats been mashed up from boxing and bad plastic surgery. This is the role that got him back into the spotlight, everyone praised his performance, agreeing he’s the best part of the movie. He’s on the same and beyond actors in a comic book role like Ryan Reynolds as deadpool, hugh Jackman as wolverine, and Ron Perlman as Hellboy.
Mickey Rourke. I first saw him in Body Heat. Even though it was a small part, I thought, this guy's got "it" ... that magical charisma that so few have. Life's a twisting stream, I guess. But he still conveys that "it" quality. In some ways he reminds me of Michael Parks in Wild Seed.
Frank Miller wrote this Ash! 👍 Same guy who wrote 300 and The Dark Knight
I’m actually surprised that he didn’t recognize his name, since he likes those kinds of comics.
He actually played the priest that Marv shot
I think you meant The Dark Knight Returns
My takeaway, in general, is that "you need to allow the juices flowing in the right places" to enjoy a movie. Thank you very much Hannah for this wonderful insight.
Hahaha facts!!
I need you two to do a SIN CITY inspired photoshoot, with Ash as Dwight and Hannah all glam but make sure the artists makes all her red (lips, hair) pop out like in the movie. then frame it for yourselves--not just for us! because the fact you guys even did this movie is an amazing treat! THANK YOU BOTH!!
I’m excited for this I love Hannah’s reaction so much 😂
HANNAH YOU ABSOLUTELY SLAY ME!!!!!!! Everything about you, your hardcore accent, reaction to vomiting, your jealousy, your commentary, sense of humor and the absolute hilarity that ensues because of you!!!!!!! You and Ash ABSOLUTELY belong together, you guys are totally my favorite reaction channel and I love you guys, thank you for all the laughs!!!!!!! Oh and you should really watch
LA Confidential!!!!!!!
You’re the greatest hype man, thank you so much and we will defo check it out
@@justtrustashYou must check it out! Its absolutely class and you'll both love it!
Ok, so I’ve been following you guys for a while. Love all your reactions 🙌🏻 But something incredible happened today.
My wife ended up catching this reaction with me (I had it playing on the living room tv), and after a few minutes she had the biggest smile on her face. Between your banter, the sexual innuendoes, and all the funny comments, she was glued to the screen 😆 I finally said to her, “They’re awesome, right?” She gives me this look of amazement and asks, “Do they have more videos?” It was priceless.
She already requested that we watch more tomorrow 😁
Mate I love you both but you’re such a legend for getting her on board haha…so honoured to be able to share this journey with you both, have a banging week guys ❤️👊🏽
That moment 6:10 when you are thinking "wouldn't it be nice" just to be told that "they never going to look like that"..... I can almost hear your dreams being crushed :)
I honestly adore Hannah finding solidarity with the badass women of Old Town, and letting that get "the right juices" flowing to enjoy the movie. This whole film is like a rabid fever-dream, and there's never been anything quite like it (not even the sequel).
She would fit in as an amazing woman in that movie. She gets it
Miho and Gale were honestly two of the best characters to see in the comics. Loved their story interactions and how they fitted in.
"Thats a damn fine coat you're wearing" has been a motto for me in every RPG
Carla Gugino is absolutely stunning in this movie and Clive Owen is great. One of my favorite Bruce Willis tough guy roles. Of course Jessica Alba is incredible as Nancy. I was hoping she would use the rope on Mr Yellow.
Carla Gugino is such an underrated actress, everything she does she does it with such grace
Magnificent nudity
how dare you not mention Jaime King as well
her hair was literally fire in this movie
Yellow Bastard* But yeah! All great.
Jessica Alba in this movie... no words.
3:43
Before I even clicked this video I knew Hannah was going to YELP when Josh shoots the gal in the opening scene.
“YAHHH!”
This is the 2nd adaption of a Frank Miller comic book, that you have reacted to. The first was one of Ash's favorites, 300. That's why both Sin City and 300 have very stylized, comic book aesthetics.
You two are the best reactors. Yall bounce off each other so well.
Love you mate ❤️ honour to have you on our channel
Dude, I tell you what... Hannah is TOTTALLY & fully smitten with you. After that little affectionate cheek kiss, she didn't know what to do with herself... 😁 A love like that, you have to appreciate.
Hello Ash and Hannah,
You guys are doing great work here and I really appreciate your videos. Also on Patreon. I'm pretty lonely lately and every new video from you is like a movie night with friends. I laugh and cry with you guys (and gag with Hannah :D). Your opinions and reactions to many of my favorite movies interest me and I appreciate them very much. They help me through a tough time and I wanted to thank you again for that. You both are great and I have taken you to my heart with your natural ways. Many love greetings from Germany❤
We got you always mate!! We love you legend ❤️
Just wanted to say thanks to the people supporting the Patreon and such for us that can't. Love getting to watch this stuff.
This was one of the best movie theater experiences everrrr
I saw it in an American theatre and the entire front row was full of frat boys lol
@15:20 “Why are your legs moving like that?” Got me good, needed some 02 rofl😂
A few things to let you know about Sin City. The opening scene with Josh Harnett and Marley Shelton (Scream 4 and 5) was actually done as test at the directors home with green screen. Frank Miller wasn't keen at Sin City being adapted but Robert Rodruigez invited Miller to his home to show him and Miller was so impressed he agreed to let his work be adapted. Frank Miller was the Priest who Marv shot in the confessional. And at that time, Josh Hartnett was a Hollywood Heartthrob at that point and that same year got into a relationship with Scarlett Johansen for about a year. Then walked away from Hollywood a bit until recently. And its good to see him back working with Guy Ritchie twice in like 3 years and having a role in Chris Nolan's Oppenheimer. Also: The Car scene between Clive Owen and Benicio Del Toro was directed by Quentin Tarantino. I mean, if Ash is finding it hard to contain his excitement in this one, wait til he see the scenes with Eva Green in 2014's long awaited sequel: A Dame To Kill For. Now you've watched this, you have to watch that.
22:00 LMAO, best exchange/reaction to this movie ever. The whole reaction was beyond hilarious.
The reason the Asian women had a swastika throwing star is bc it was used in Buddhism and many other religions before Hitler stole the design originally the logo meant peace honor nobility and dignity it's even on Jewish synagogues for the same reason but bc of Hitler it changed the meaning of it
@tr3ykiiing838: Exactly! Hitler - and/or the Nazis - stole the Buddhism symbol and turned it a quarter, or one half, and changed the symbolism.
Mickey Rourke freakin owned this movie, awesome performance. Glorious film.
Thanks for reacting to this, always a pleasure.
Why do I love your videos so much? Ya'll are a hoot! Thanks!
One of my favorite Frank Miller comic book movie adaptations!
I love this movie!
The sequel not as much but I think it's still worth a watch.
I agree about the sequel......
Such a shame, too. I loved _A Dame To Kill For_ in the comics.
The sequel was good
Sequel wasnt very good, but Eva Green is the reason to watch it.
Get in there, mate! Hannah's ready! You guys are hilarious throughout, as usual. This reaction had me laughing so hard. Always ready for the next one. Cheers!
Aaah my favourite reaction couple reacting to my favourite film.
You've made a shitty day much better.
y'all are legit funny af! Such great dynamic you two.
My brother ❤️ appreciate it
Two of you are great, this has become my new favorite channel over the last 2 days! 🙌🏻
Ash and Hannah would love to see young MICKEY ROURKE in *9 1/2 WEEKS* (1986 film) and older MICKEY ROURKE in *THE WRESTLER* (2008 film)
9 1/2 WEEKS is a combination of romance and erotic romp. Ash is going to go ballistic. And Hannah will try to contain him, and herself. 🤣
I second the wrestler. A fantasic film that both will enjoy. I'm sure of it.
Also Wild Orchid where Mickey Rourke and Carré Otis go the extra mile.
@@Sam-M-1988 It bothers me that Mickey Rourke should have received the Oscar for best actor that year, and instead it went to Sean Penn for MILK (only because Californian residents voted against gay marriage that year, and Hollywood felt compelled to support gay rights and the movie MILK). 🤔
I assume Ash knows that MICKEY ROURKE is the actor that played the giant leather-face Marv in SIN CITY (or else my comment above makes no sense to him)
The most fun I've had in a long time, watching a reaction. You two are are a hoot!
Hahaha mad love to you ❤️
Mate, you won one of life's biggest lotteries, just sit there and take whatever Hannah dishes out, including the odd lamb-breathe. 😂😂😂
3:30 - that may have been the most non-sexy response possible Ash lol. It was so poetic Robert Frost was in tears.
Ash is going to have such a good time !
This is one of my FAVORITE movies of all time, sooooo underrated!!! Hardly anybody reacts to it, it amazes me! Thank you so much for this!!❤❤❤❤ You guys are the BEST!!
You gotta throw logic/reality out the window when you read/watch Sin City 😂
So about the opening, I think you may have missed it but he says "I'll cash her check in the morning." as he holds her dying, the whole idea from their dialogue and that line is that she hired that man to kill her because she was too afraid to do it herself but she's "tired of running". The name of that segment is "The Customer Is Always Right" to hammer home that she's a customer of his.
So many people that caught that line had weird interpretations, like that he was also robbing her or someone else paid him to do her in. I guess some people try to find other reasons when it's right in front of their faces.
im addicted to this channel
you should watch "the pianist 2002" , "the game 1997", " sunshine 2007" and so many more
💙
This film holds a special place in my heart….mostly because I lost my virginity during the tar pit scene 😂
😂😂. Omg! Lol
🤘🤘
🤣🤣🤣what a great way to remember your first
The two zoom-ins at 15:29 might be my favorite thing ever 🤣
One of the most amusing reaction videos I've seen for a while.
The opening scene was allegedly how Robert Rodriguez convinced Frank Miller (the creator of the graphic novel) to let him do Sin City. Story goes that he shot the scene, and met with Miller saying, "I have something I need to show you. If you don't like it, I'll never bring it up again. But it you LIKE it, let's talk." The rest is history.
Sin City is the best R rated comic book series in existence. You HAVE to read it, Ash !
21:26 I can't stops laughing.. hahahaha This this the money shot! this is why we come to this channel! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA... I'm Dying!
I would like to see an adaptation of Frank Miller's Ronin directed by Robert Rodriguez
“Are you a naughty boy?” That’s gone straight into Bigstaff’s Wink Bank, for moments of quiet contemplation yet to come.
Greetings from 🇩🇪!
Hannah, your jealousy is really entertaining. ☺️
But, woman to woman, you are one of the prettiest women I have seen on RUclips so far.
Great reaction btw.
My favourite reaction of yours so far, and I'm glad Hannah came around to it by the end! There's nothing else like it really
Elijah Wood was great in this movie. He brought much the same vibe to the remake of Maniac which, is rad.
The Maniac remake was really good
Hahahaha your combined reaction to this movie was everything! xD The jealosy, the almost puking, the manic laughter etc! xD Loved it!
So waiting for this one! Couldn't get my hands on the exact same Version so a patreon watchalong didn't make sense for me 😢
My favourite comic book adaptation of all time ❤
The killer who only appeared at the beginning and the end was a hit man in the graphic novels whose trademark was to make his targets feel comforted before killing them, so their last moments would be peaceful. I don’t remember further details, but I believe it’s at least implied that a fair number of his clients were already on a collision course with a violent ending and hired him to kill themselves so that their deaths wouldn’t be filled with pain and fear. I think we can assume the girl at the end did not hire him herself; that seemed very much like payback from the girls of Old Town, just perhaps with a more merciful death than anyone else would’ve given her.
This movie broke Hanna. She’s would not let you even think the thoughts without her calling you out.
I still have the poster I got of Jessica Alba dancing when I went to watch this movie in the cinema.
Detective Hartigan is an inspiration to fight against groomers.
Loved the reaction brother 😃👊🏼 Hannah is so smart deciphering the plot 👍🏼
its called "Sin City" for a damn good reason.
The black and white with color, the acting, the camera work, the editing..
One of my fav movies of all time.
If you think Elijah Wood is crazy here you should watch Pawn Shop Chronicles, wich also stars Paul Walker, Brendan Fraser, Vincent D’Onofrio and Matt Dillon
LOL😂😂😅...that's the funniest freudian slip I've heard in a long while!
Hannah was in beast mode; poor Ash / lucky Ash (?)
Yes, I was laughing from start to finish.....
🤣🤣🤣 hilarious guys, amazing reaction 😁
17:46 😆😂🤣 That shaking caught me off guard comedically!!
Wow, the second adaptation of a Frank Miller comic book on your channel.
What's the first one, you ask?
300, of corse!
Both movies are based on Frank Miller's comics.
21:30 Cinematic Gold.
Hannah Heaving is so F*cking hilarious I love it!... If Hannah was featured in a new edition of the Garbage Pale Kids her nickname would be... Heaving Hannah 😂🤣🤣😂 LMFAO!
“When a frat boy roughed her up and I straightened him out but good” love it.
This isn't the only time Elijah Wood played a sadistic killer. He also did the 2012 remake of Maniac which along with Grand Piano are two of my favorite films he's done.
I never saw Maniac. It's good? Is it considered a horror movie? Or more of a Drama?
@ct6852 It's more of a thriller slasher film. Kinda brutal. It's mostly first person perspective from his eyes.
I now have the phrase "Symbolism" stuck in my vocabulary...thanks Ash. Plus, my fave part of this movie is Bruce Willis saying, "I took his weapon...both of them!!" *gun shot to the nuts*
Sin City is a unique film, the second film is of similar quality. I watched it in the movies (in Brazil), people were not impressed.
You guys are the only reaction channel where I don't just fast forward ahead to the film itself. Your banter is so chaotic and great! Just keep doing what you're doing.
YES!! You GOTS to watch Sin City II now
I think 2nd one was better
29:17 "wow look how hairy the man´s shoulders are"
Yeah so hairy it´s scary😂😂😂
You guys should check out another really great yet criminally underrated Josh Harnett movie called Lucky Number Slevin it's awesome and it's filled with Ash's favorite thing symbolisms
that SHUT UP at 9:20 was funny AF
Omg, i love this movie and I’ve been trying to get everyone i know to watch it
Hands down one of the best and funniest reactions I've ever seen.
Thank you.
Man that means a lot, thank you mate ❤️
This is the most hilarious reaction you guys have ever done. Please for the love of all that's holy, do reactions to the following movies, and I bet you going to love them:
- Sin City : A Dame To Kill For
- Crank
- Crank: High Voltage
- Tropa D' Elite 1
- Tropa D' Elite 2

Crank and Shoot Em Up for sure
@@HistoritorJimaldusAbsolutely forgot about Shoot 'Em Up. Definitely that too.
"I wouldn't kill him. I would keep him in a musuem." 😂 You guys have had me cracking up. Great stuff.
hannah is absolutely hilarious, i wish there'd be more women like her
The style this movie has just in the visuals is so cool.
Hannah dw you have natural beauty! These women had months of edits/filters/color grading and on top of that about 1-2hrs of makeup most likely in order to look like that lol Besides ASH CAN ATTEST that natural beauty is always more attractive by default!! I felt bad honestly lol Like somebody help me compliment Hannah hahaha
"Why are legs like that"!!!!!!!!! That had me on the floor!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Legendary reaction, mate!!
Ash, holy shit your creepy smile = gold.
