Looks like the game is running very well. Which is funny because a different creator posted a video of this game running on steamdeck and said the steamdeck just cant handle newer games now and etc.
Looks like your steamdeck is doing just fine to me.

Lol that guy literally capped it at 200p 30fps from the beginning and didn’t change it any point. He said “tHe GpU iS mAxEd oUt” when it wasn’t. I’ve seen other videos of his and he doesn’t really know how to test games lol.
