He was pissed which I can’t blame him but he was wrong for leaving the bench during the unc game. Cal was wrong as well with how he went public and blasted him about the behind the scenes stuff. Khalil situation was different because he came with the mindset that he was better than what he was and felt he deserved a bigger role before he did anything. That’s why when he left the fan based didn’t respect him as much as cam.

I loved Kahlil but players that doesn't go through the process with coach cal show they are not physcial and mentally ready to hit the NBA. Just do your math and look at history. If he would have stayed, rode it out and played the 2nd year he would have been a top 10 pick his sophmore year and never seen the G-league and could have had some all-star weekends in his career.

I would be made ... at myself. You shoot, and rebound the way he was ... and given the competition within the Wildcat team for playing time ... he didn't deserve the playing time. Sports isn't a vessel to show character ... it shows when a person lacks character.

I get it now... You're the DJ Vlad of Basketball. Dude, sports isn't the end of the World. Just about EVERYTHING has to go absolutely right between 15 to 24 for anyone to have a shot at the NBA, NFL, MLB or any other high level league. Not that the NCAA gives a damn whether or not athletes have meal cards, books, let alone money for incidentals or entertainment during a 4yr stint in college. My bad... Athletes are just there to entertain, like Robots and be spat on by "fans" from the other team. Even worse, like Steve Kerr getting razzed by fans when his Dad was killed by Terrorists in the Middle East. Not to worry though.. The people that actually care about this guy are there for him and that's way easier to figure out when no one else gives a damn.
