Unconditional love is simply allowing it all to be just as it is, as God manifests it and blesses and curses all under the same rain cloud. Crops are sustained and towns washed away in the same moment of that rain. It’s the most difficult being to understand. The being that takes no sides. God.
We have been conditioned in a society of struggle and THEN reward to objectify love. We SEEK our inherent quality, our permeance in that which is impermanent and hence we are CONTINUOSLY seeking. Love, Peace and Happiness are not qualities that can be OBTAINED and KEPT. They are to be recognized and reflected.
So that would mean gods presence was on the streets of San Francisco in the 1960's hippy era. God showed the hippies how to love and pick up disease and not work for a short time because everybody had to skedaddle back home because peace and love wasn't working. Everything seemed hunky-dory on the streets of San Fran just like it seems hunk-dory at the retreat. Look, you your lineage inception was initially FORMED ( from elements) not Born ( biology) however both are in a symbiotic relationship. The elements that manifested from the Universe has already transcended to being your FORM within. No god had a hand in that process. You will find that which FORMED your lineage in your human molecule encased in biology. That which FORMED is your natural ability to seek a compatible partner to breed with so as to avoid discrepancy. That natural ability urge one would call love. No god has a hand in that urge process. Your urge is not your choice, it is a necessity for your lineage continuum orchestrated initially by your FORMED source. Going by that, you can see how a retreat can turn into a commune and start breeding little communers because they think it's all love and honky-dory.
