    I got one as a gift yesterday and it feel well made, strong and it shape is beautiful. The two ways to close the top is practical, one quick close or two sides close. The outside front pocket ( with a very secure velcro ) is easy to reach for any things you need fast...phone, reading glasses etc . I packed it up for testing the comfort and ride all day across the city....very comfortable it was...

    It's really feature-full but damn, it's missing the one that I'm really picky about: hydration pack pocket close to your back. If they ever revise their packs and just add that it would be the best thing you could buy.
    Cause 2 liters of water hanging out far out will not help your back.

    • @Shamus3
      @Shamus3 4 года назад +3

      It holds a 1 liter in an outside pocket behind the map pocket. Close to body is better for weight, but also warms your water up to body temp.

    I want the 40L for when I need to do grocery ones.. thinking I'm going to buy a different bag as my daily backpack, but grab the 40L for a tail bag :P

    Mine doesn't allow for me to unclip the shoulder straps and have them go clip to the front of the bag via the two plastic rings on the bottom of the front of the bag. Are some of these bags defective?

  • @Zeroplanetz
    @Zeroplanetz 2 года назад

    LOL, I was looking at this bag BUT In the video you say price point of $108 for the 20L yet on your site you have it in Closeout with $149 crossed out and priced as $134.96.

    MOLLE webbing is used to attach additional pouches

      Also for quick access items like multi-tools, knives, etc. That is the glory of the design is that it can be used for a multitude of purposes. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Gear Geeks at cs@revzilla.com or 877.792.9455. Ride safe, -Pat

    I bought the 40L a few months back. It is super uncomfortable as a backpack unless you are just carrying very light loads. If the idea behind the bag is to park your bike and take a hike then it fails. Any pack without a rigid structure will not work good as a backpack as the weight just pulls everything down instead of distributing that weight putting too much stress on the shoulders.

    I love this backpack. Only thing I wish is that the chest strap would get smaller.

    Honestly, the 20L looks like my next rack-mounted Pannier. I know there's not a load of abrasion resistance on it, but compare this to other $100 PVC panniers and the technicality is 5x more. This can be mounted 10 different ways to a pannier rack and the backpack is genius. Beavertail even! Gives me a lot of ideas.

      If you are talking about the black leather jacket our model was wearing, that was the Reax Jackson Jacket which is sadly no longer available.

    the backpack straps should be completely removable. well, I guess they are removable...but I couldn't put them back on after I cut them off.

      First thing I thought as well. I like this as a single overnight tailpack. Not as long as most dry bags so you actually have room to sit on your seat. I'm thinking about getting it and lose the backpack straps immediately with a hot knife. Easy peasy.

    Can you used it, as a tail bag on a sport motorcycle?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  5 лет назад

      If your passenger seat is big enough, then yes, you can use it on a sport motorcycle as a tail bag. Probably just the 20L version though. -DrewZilla

    I know Harley is supposed to be a real bike but I'd like to see how well the 40L sits on a bike with a real back seat. (super tenere, Africa Twin, KLR)

    it's fit a full face helmet in the big one?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  6 лет назад

      They're only about 6 inches from front to back, so even the bigger size isn't quite big enough to put a helmet inside. -DrewZilla

    Does this bag fit a helmet?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  2 года назад

      We didn't test a helmet in these backpacks, but you would be hard-pressed to fit anything more than a half helmet in them.

    Will it strap under a seat?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  5 лет назад

      If your seat has enough room underneath for a strap to run, then you can mount the straps under your seat. -DrewZilla

    $120? what

    • @Jin-Ro
      @Jin-Ro 4 года назад

      That's pretty cheap for a quality 100% WP backpack, others like Fishpond go for $300. You can buy WP backpacks for half that price, but you roll the dice on quality.
