I agree with the other commenters. If the city said clean it ALL up, then everything on this side of the fence should be cleared. The neighbor's side of the fence is nice and clear, yet she wants you to leave overgrowth on property that is not hers for her convenience. I would have to tell her "sorry but that your contract said to clean and clear the property (fence to fence)". Weather she likes it or not is her problem, because it is not on her property.

@22:50, for those who do not know, this big peice of equipment is called a "Hog". There is a huge rotating Hammer Mill in the bottom of the Load Bowl, that is spinning at about 3500 to 4000 RPM, and this thing totally destroys anything that is placed in the Load Bowl. This is the first stage in processing Yard Waste into planting mulch. The loaders are carrying the ground material likely over to a processor to remove any metallics found in the "Primary". From there the material is separated into organics and plastics. The plastics are removed and sent to a local power plant for further processing into "Alternative Fuel" and used to produce Electricity. The biomass is then sent through a curing and pasturization process before being turned into planting mulch or potting soil for your gardens.

If the property is going to be demolished, the barrier between the property is eventually going to be removed by the new owners. She needs a fence. I’d you had taken it all when you were there it would of saved her and her new neighbor money. She could of planted a new row of trees. Lose lose.

Love the back story about your childhood home. My family was blue collar like yours. Your videos are more interesting when a brief introduction regarding the current job is provided.
Probably a big reason your channel is growing. Don’t change.👍

You do good work, I can't believe a house was hiding behind all that. Routine yard maintenance is so important, if it gets neglected the plants will get out of control and ruin the value and appeal of any house.
    Keep on Diggin !

wait a minute ... if the lady wants to have her privacy she should grow it on her side of the fence. I don't see anything on her side of it at all. I can see leaving a tree or two.

As always it’s a joy to see you at work with those big munchie machines. The neighbor should plant bushes on het part of the fence for some privacy.

Your going to.use round up? Terrible! That stuff is deadly. The neighbors could suffer from it.

I used round up for 40 plus years no problems really … don’t make habit of sniffing it .. only ones who have problems are those who use it improperly that being said use anything from hairspray to big spray can cause health issues if not used properly ..

Looks good! Just did a little over an acre city lot down here in North Charleston with a house hidden in it. Plucking with the excavator and mulching with skiddie for the past two days, broke a tooth off the Mulcher at the very end today. Keep up the good work!
