I use the HIDUPZ as a work bag and have had no issues. It's a comfortable bag, has lots of room, and doesn't lose its shape. That being said, I also take care of all my bags and don't carry water bottles, pens, keys, or anything that could damage the interior.

Hi, just wondering, even after the year, the rubbing on the leather where the friction takes place looks quite ok on your bag! Can I know how do you adjust the chain, like do you do it gently or is there a technique to avoid pushing the chains too hard (when closing the bag) which could cause tear? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for this video! I just got my 22 medium but wondering if I could wear jeans with it? Jeans are my daily go to so I’m a bit worried that the texture of jeans would scratch/ wear and tear the leather bag. Thank you!
Thanks for watching! The bag is not heavy for me. The most heavy part of the chain so it does hurt your shoulders after using it for a while. It’s more heavy than the LV Neverfull due to the chain. But apart from that the bag is light in my view.

Thanks for watching! When I adjust the chain I do it normally like I would adjust any drawstring, not particularly in a hard or soft way.

Easy to maintain and no color transfer so far as I take good care of my bag 😊
You can try waxing the bag to add back the shininess
