@thebear2950 Yeah, Ashmore is a fine actor, but I think the direction could have been stronger. It felt like he didn't 100% know what emotions and intensity was needed at some points.
The Kelvin cutscene was sweet, but yeah the smash-cut to speeding along that winding road is hilarious, also seems they’re driving a little too fast, almost looked like they’d fly off the road at any moment.
I'm use to reckless driving because I played GTA for years, but ending cutscene with the driving...gave me anxiety lmao. I thought he was gonna fly through the guard rails
Me too. When that didn’t happen, it occurred to me that there’s a possibility that Virginia might pass on some mutated genes on to her unborn baby. Maybe that will be explored in the third game. Mean time, if this is the case, I hope that said genes won’t make the birth in any way resemble the iconic dinner scene from Alien.

I think it may be spawning 2 in the add character command because they added back in a recent hotfix/small update so it might be using the mod one and the in game one at the same time.
I bet we’ll end up playing the third game as Virginia’s baby (all grown up obviously). If there are still any mutant genes still lurking in Virginia’s DNA while she’s pregnant, and any of said genes were passing on to her baby, will the adult version of that baby have mutant powers for players to call upon in chapter 3? Cause that’d be awesome.

@@Keyboardeater1 she might be physically but just like kelvin there is mental problems too. Kelvin doesnt say anything but he is now deaf. so for all we know she might have speech problems that are slowly healing and she has to relearn a lot of how to speak. i get what you mean tho
The gold bases feature will be very useful for reinforcing spikes. Better yet, can it turn cannibals and mutants to gold? I’d love to decorate my base with gold mutant statues.
The humor in this game is always something else. When you stay on the island Timmy gives his best voice line "You're on your own now" I don't want to give opinions on that So anyway I have beaten the game and found everything except for the night vision goggles I watch every second of the video to help Farket in his hard time 1.0 is great Glad they added you back into the credits

Why does Virginia and Kelvin seem misshaped in the ending-cutscene? Kelvins Thumbs up looks like the thumb is misplaced and virginias missing Arm and leg look like they got patched out by simply moving the Mesh around... like the shirt is quite low-poly where the arm used to be.... hope they redo these sequences
Man, in times where tones of games exists, staying forever in alpha/beta/EA it's refreshing some studios still have ideas, proper devs and stay to their word. Endnight is one of those honest studios.
i still think it's dumb that you go all the way into the bunker just to not be able to open a door. they make you go all the way out then go and upgrade your armor. might i add that you likely will be watching a youtube video explaining to do this because the game also doesn't tell you :(
I feel like the artifact should be complete as a mid game thing. Bc once I got it im like oh, the games over, why even bother teleporting around when I dont need to go anywhere. Why upgrade my base if I dont have anything left to do and wont be playing it anymore
When i realized you need the armor plating blueprint to make the golden armor function, I thought that you could also use that for bone armor so you can get solafite armor like the cannibals but its only for the gold armor...

Hey Farket I love your mic audio and the volumes of everything always just right. i don't know if im being nit-picky but i kept hearing like static cracking on the music/background music or ambient audio you are using. it's not your mic it is in tune with the music. not sure if its intended effect. not super pleasant to the ears i keep thinking my headsets physical audio driver's magnets are failing XD.
Mate, that is a bit different ending than I had. Maybe due to low Virginia affiliation.. I didnt have her in the Cube nor seeing her in the helicopter during departure or watching her going to surgery. Maybe worth mentioning in other video, that you need high affiliation in order to finish one of goals - saving Virgina Puffton. I love the idea of different story ending. And I dont remember seeing Kevin in the Cube either, but I saw him playing building the cabin.
Is it just me or does Virginia look pregnant in the cutscene in the car? The camera glances over her twice and she seems to be rubbing her belly as if she was pregnant. Kinda weird but I'm curious what they're gonna do with this later on
Been a fan since The Forest. Just wanted to let you know someone on Reddit got their feelings hurt because at 13:00 you called Asian character Mr. Noodles. I think it's dumb but funny after I looked at video again. Funny because it was nothing to get mad about. Someone has very thin skin😅

the perfect ending, you and Virginia create a demon hellspawn baby, Kelvin gets some pajamas, and Timmy goes on to doom the entire human race by spreading Solafite and returning to the island
so idk if you mention this later in the video but the attract shrine creates 4 solifite after its done and the repel shrine does use the solifite tho if been noticing solifite spiting out of my face when attract shrine is on and im full on solifite idk if its a bug or if it teleports solifite back to your inventory id like it better if it just absorbs the solifite.

Really good ending, that single thing massively improved the story for me.

They still need to add a transfer for the final fight. Cause it goes from being in a cave to the actual fight when suddenly you're outside again.

One thing I realy miss is the ability to map caves. I hate getting lost underground. So much time wasted going around in circles.
A way to find the artifact pieces in caves is to follow the crosses they lead you to them.
They wanted Timmy to be this badass mutant warrior but he does literally nothing but get his ass kicked
Timmy has mutant powers he wants to get rid of and dislike using.
We have modern weapons, lots and lots of modern weapons.
He does shoot the odd demon though.

if you play multiplayer the teleporter is based on the individual. so each person separately selects where they want to teleport.

she wasn't really a full mutant just had 1 extra leg and arm it probably didn't do much of anything.
21:10 it bugs me that the speed limit is 55 yet they are going 0 mph on the gauge
