Where to Find Feebas in The Teal Mask (And Prism Scale) - Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC

The only reason I made this video is because I knew I wanted to use Feebas on my team for The Teal Mask and spent about an hour looking for it and figured a lot of other people were doing the same thing. If you find a better spot to find Feebas please let me know in the comments!
I'm not the biggest fan of making a quick video like this when I don't know if this is the best way to find Feebas but it'll be good enough for the first few days.
I'm not sure how rare Feebas is still because I found my first one in about 10 minutes and instantly found one when recording the clip for this video.

I still wished a wild Feebas would hold the Prism Scale just like Pichu/Pikachu hold the Light Ball because it would make it a lot easier to collect more of them faster since you can only get Prison Scale in the Ogre Oustin' Reward.

No wonder I couldn't find the location lol, they are always making it hard to find feebas, and it doesn't matter what game. I went to every body of water.
