That's an eye opener and a massive reality check.
The fibre... I just had severe bloating issues in December. I went off fibre for a week and turned out it was the bread my parents use.

Thanks, those were great tips💕! This is another completely separate subject but I thought I’d bring it up if there are any other people out there suffering from lack of good sleep. I was eating quite low carb and grain free, my sleep was horrible. Two weeks ago I decided to re-introduce healthy grains and I am sleeping like a baby. What we eat really affects different aspects of our body. We really need to listen to our bodies.

Great video! Talking while you eat is also bad for indigestion and gas because you inhale air! Something I struggle with haha
So true for the bubbly drinks. I gave them up almost two years ago because I remember feeling absolutely disgusting and anxious because my stomach was HUGE from all the bloating! I only drink water and buch now! :)

Question on the bubbly soda waters, which I also love! Is it any better to have them not with your meal, but as say a separate afternoon treat? Will definitely try not finishing them, that's easy enough to implement! Thank you, this was very helpful!
yea it's definitely less impactful if you have them separate from a meal, but will still be a bit bloaty so totally up to your comfort level
Stomach discomfort is horrible my bloating stomach goes haywire sometimes sounds like bombs exploading I don’t really use fiber I really liked using straws to I still use them sometimes I don’t drink much sodas or juices anymore

For me my biggest cause is stress. At my apartment my stomach was a totally different shape than when I have to live with my parents (which is rough for me). I bloat hugely when stressed at all. It’s so frustrating
I was bloated too but after eliminating certain trigger food and no difference, i also stopped extra fiber , which helped some but still
Pretty bloated even when i fasted. Comes to find out: i had parasites. Did a prasite cleanse with a herbal remedy ( cloves, wormwwod, pumkin seeds...) and bloating went away and so did a lot of gas and parasites...
Can you do a video for people with diabetes what to eat and do
I don't personally have diabetes so my experience with it is pretty limited, I probably wouldn't be the right person to make that video tbh.
Also drinking water! And not wearing pants with a tight waist while sitting down for a long time.
I want to eat every single hour, I just want to attac the food,this is not normal and of course my belly always full and blowed, I’m struggling so much
I went overboard with protein . I was adding so much protein around 180-200g protein esting Lots of eggs had serious digestion issues lol super bloated X: you learn from mistakes xD

Bloating is usually due to LOW stomach acid - especially common amongst people with hypothyroidism.
Start taking HCL + pepsin.
Are you on thyroid meds? Which ones?
