  • Located on the very northern edge of Yellowstone National Park, Gardiner MT serves as a Gateway town. It lives on tourism and you will find pretty much everything you need here. It's a great option to save some money when staying in the park. It's an hour's drive south of Livingston, where I live, and I've filmed it before. However, it's had some setbacks due to the pandemic and a historic flood that washed out the park's entrance road. It'ss back though and thriving and ready for this years season which will start picking up soon. For now, it's still pretty quiet and relaxed. I hope you enjoy this virtual tour of the city of Gardiner. (KOS) Keep on Steppin' -H

My wife and I were there around 17 years ago. We took a rafting trip down the Yellowstone River. I remember it well because as we exited the bus somewhere near the bridge and as we were walking down to the river a severe thunderstorm popped up with vivid lightning and intense rain. And the tour guide made like it was nothing and we kept on walking and got into the raft. My wife and I were scared to death. But then as quickly as the storm appeared, it disappeared. And the rafting trip ended up being an incredible experience. Then we ate lunch at the Yellowstone Pizza Company (which I see in your video) just before we drove into the park and stayed at one of the park hotels. So thanks for the video and for evoking such great memories of my time in Gardiner, MT.

I like the fact that you don't research too much where you are walking. It makes you walks much more authentic. I can only imagine that Montana is one of the most visually appealing and peaceful states in the US. It certainly appears that way in your videos. Looking forward to France

I surely miss this place. I remember traveling with my mom to Gardiner, MT before the devastation. It's nice to know that one can go back and visit.
