A very thorough tutorial. Isn't it amazing how much you can accomplish by making a large batch? Looking forward to seeing what you do with your soap dough. Have a good week.
I don't know if the batter stays as fluid for as long because I've only ever done it with big batches. But I've seen others on RUclips do it with small batches and it seems to work just fine. I'm glad it's been helpful. That was my goal in making it. :)
how long does it take for the soap to set in the molds? another you tuber mentioned that when she does this method that her soap is ready in 12- 16 hrs and If she leaves it longer it's hard to cut . Im trying to figure out if this is because she used the heat transfer method. Im new to soap making.
Hi. Sorry it took me so long to answer. Unmolding time will depend on so many student factors, from your recipe, to the type of mold you are using. I can cut as early as 8 hours after pouring but I can wait as long as 3 days and still be able to cut it just fine.
Excellent video
Thank you for this video. I’m a beginner with cold process and I can not wait to try this method

Thank you, Renee! I've been sick, so all my soaping has been in my head lately. ;)

Thank so much for watching!
Dear, I did not catch what do younmean by moving stick blender .. my question is to move stick blender same as blades moving direction ??
Thanks
Hi!
It's more about paying attention to which stirring direction causes your blender to create that whirlpool opening in your batter.
Awesome 👍🧼
This one was a beast to edit. So many videos issues.
How long do you think you have to work with it working with a batch this large 🤔 like 30 minutes or 2 hours?
It really depends on the recipe, the temperature, and how far you take the trace.

Can you use goat milk in the heat transfer method?
My stick blender sucks down to the bottom of my pitcher.
Thank you ❤️ this is something I've wondered about 🧼 happy soaping
