Started listening with my built in phone speakers, then realized how much I was missing in doing so. Plugged in some quality headphones, and I fell in love with the MJB marimba all over again. It's the perfect instrument
Hi Prof. Burritt, do you have any experience playing on the M-Tech 5 octave padauk Marimba? I'm debating buying that or the Majestic 5 octave padauk black series and I don't know which one to buy!
Love the way he plays on the nodes and moves off of them around 2:07
Inspiring dynamics, thank you for all of the hard work it must have took to master this. This is beautiful!
I have been listening to your music for the past hour. I am blown away by your talent. Thank you for sharing your gifts. Many blessings to you.

Thank you for a wonderful reminder of the beauty of this instrument, Prof. Burritt. Stay happy
Thanks Jordan! Stay safe
That use of nodes was really cool. I’ll have to use that technique in my own writing sometime

Brilliantly composed; brilliantly executed. Bravo!
Stunning. Great break in my day.

Mista Pinion I have a student who just purchased an M-Tech and really likes it. I have not played the Majestic instrument.
@@shadowchasers62 what mallets did you use
@@michaelheiger264 Steven’s mallets. LHS 10, 5, 5, 1. Graduated set. 1 is the bass and 10 the top
Such an amazing piece... beautifully played as always by Burritt... what mallets are those? I’d imagine his line?
Burritt mallets are black... If I had to guess from visuals alone, I'd say these are from the LH Stevens line, also by Malletech.
Any guesses on which type? Doesn't seem graduated...
No clue. LS series mallets vary wildly in terms of type of sound produced, and they all look almost the exact same.
