I figured you were mixed. Which in this country considered black. You remind me of my best friend who is mixed...who grew up as black...with the same experiences as myself. Plus your authorities style of speech is not something someone can just put on...usually comes genetically... James Earl Jones... Denzel...very common voice pattern in black men.

research Single parent homes and FBI crime report, you will be shocked. Liked the video, I am War veteran, and I have issues with separation of people in US, because I saw things differently, in combat, the enemy does not care if you are a white american, black american , asian american, native american, male, or female or what you faith is, all they want to do is kill Americans, I find it interesting that enemy only sees Americans, we , in combat, do not care either, all we see if a brother on the left and right.

This may sound silly and minimal but I’ve been on the fence about religion for years now after growing up Christian and I have to say… listening to Denzel talking and ending with thanking god for some reason triggered something inside of me to stop fighting being a Christian especially in times like this. I even almost teared up. I think I’m ready to accept being a Christian.

Denzel donated 5 houses for the families of Wounded Soldiers to stay in during treatment. I was there in Germany when he toured the hospital, he stayed til the last minute and cancelled the ceremony for the Hospital to thank him and give him an award for his donation. He was mad that they invited the press because he wanted to be anonymous. I heard him say it. He wanted to spend that time with us in the hospital. He didn't want the press for it. He went around and did stuff like filling water pitchers and brought us Xbox consoles and games. He really cared about us. My unit had called my wife and told her I died, he took the time to sit with each of us and talk to us. He didn't treat us like most people did, he didn't allow the hospital or press to take pics, he had someone use our phones to take pics. He didn't allow anyone else. Great guy, I don't care about his politics, he is a decent person.

He has done a lot of work for the Fisher House Foundation, which is a program focused on building homes at military medical centers around the world for military and veteran families to stay in while their loved one is receiving care. I remember seeing him with his wife and children visiting disabled Veterans, and before he left he wrote a check to pay for one of those homes. He is spot on about how much the father is needed, and I hope and pray that our younger generation changes the trend where men make babies but don't help the mothers raise them. @Creasy Bear Two fun facts 1) Jesus never referred to the word of God as "Bible" and 2) The word "Bible" is not in the word of God. Does anyone know what Jesus called the word of God? Stop pretending there is not systemic racism in the world. There are full systems that have been working against POC for centuries. Whites have been shaming POC for pointing out that fact for so long, now some POC have even started spouting their rhetoric, with gaslighting expressions like, "stop blaming other people for your problems". So basically, what is happening, is white people have been doing wrongs to POC for centuries and have not taken any accountability for it. Now in today's world, those same POC who suffered familial setbacks (for generations) because of things done by whites are now being told, to take accountability for setbacks caused by white men who to this day refuse to accept accountability for causing some of those setbacks and "stop blaming others for your problems", when clearly white people are at least partly to blame. Those of you on here calling yourselves "Christians" will be held accountable for your part in this sham. IN JESUS NAME!!!

It's so easy to blame everyone else for your problems. I'm not where I want to be in life but that's my own fault. I have blamed others before for my failures and it bothers me when I do that but I just hear it so often that it has rubbed off on me. So stick to your morals and work hard to get to where you want to be in life.

@Malefik Gamer Stop pretending there is not systemic racism in the world.

What could be a more inspirational speech ? Help others. Several years ago I got a phone call from a guy that I had known when we were both teens. He wanted to thank me for telling him a story about lying. It said it changed his life and that as a youth leader in his church he tells the story every year. I was too embarrassed to say, " what story ?" But it likely was explaining that once you start lying, you lose your honor, or something along those lines. Once you start lying, who can say when you are not ? Anyway, it was awesome to know that even as a youth I helped improve someone's life.

You can see and feel how much better it is to take responsibility than to play the victim, you can see how uplifting it is to all to be positive and how being negative doesn't lift up others. Wish I did a better job of that in my daily life, this was a good reminder to keep at it.

I don't understand where all the talk about white supremacy actually come from. I never had any major problems with white neighbors or white

I am having problems with some black people at work ever since the BLM/Floyd riots. You say "hello" and they won't look at you or respond back. Makes me both sad and angry.
