One of the things I like about the spot is how he is one of my favorite Villain tropes: The revolutionary villain. That‘s like a hero Journay but for a Villain: Like the hero This villain learns and overcomes his flaws to become a Better villain. Is your villain a lone wolf? Have them learn the importance of teamwork. Does your villain act before he thinks? Have them learn to be more strategic. And this Trope fits Spot perfectly: he started out as a Comedic, Villain of The week kind of Villain but slowly becomes the great Archnemesis to Miles as he always talked to be.
Why would he blame king pin if the collider actually worked? If Spider-Man is the reason why the collider messed up and that messed up is what made him the spot then it makes sense to blame Spider-Man
The spot is my new favorite character of all time. He’s so strikingly similar to me it’s uncanny The way he talks, his personality, the way he moves, his interest in science, even down to the way he stands and moves his hands are exactly what I do.

Hm, honestly, i feel like this Spot, is a fair interpretation, especially considering how he has been treated in the Comics. I hope he keeps it up in the Next Movie.
My recommendation for your next villain review is Giygas from the game called Earthbound, he is a very shocking villain, you would think something like him would come from a horror game, and the fact that he comes from a nintendo game is what makes him all the more horrifying, easily the scariest villain from any nintendo game, and one of the best villains made by nintendo overall.
Spot is an amazing character. But, I think his motive is kinda lazy-written. I think they could make Spot's origin like Heisenberg's from Breaking Bad. Walt started to do bad thing to provide for his family and then the hunger for power changed his personality. We know that Spot has a family in this universe, he can start off as a man who just provides for his family then he realizes all the bad things happened because of Miles. And he thinks it's time for him to be badass and not a joke.
