I stayed at a cool little place called "Kutuma Hotel". Was african themed and the rooms were huge and basically like an apartment. I strongly recommend anyone to try it out. Also Hotel Bonaventure. Rooms were pretty standard/ nice but the heated rooftop pool was awesome during late fall when it was cold. Jumped out of the cold into the heated pool while looking at the stars.

You definitely can't beat the view of 'cool stars' as you soak in a 'warm pool'.

Parents traveling with kids can get both rooms 803 and 804 and leave the inner doors open to have an adjoining room.

We only had 2 days of very cold temperature .. It is now plus 4 c February 10 th 2023 ... and it will stay warm around 0 the next week . WE had no snow in December and rainy but we received 75 cm of snow in January .. normally we get 50 cm ... enjoy the world class cultural city of Montreal

Thanks for the tour of the hotel room and the amenities. You're right. Le Dauphin Hotel is definitely solid value. A 3 stars hotel for less than $300 near Chinatown and city center. I may book this hotel when I travel to Montreal.
