Thanks for this video! My Yeti SB100 has been creaking lately and have diagnosed it to be the bottom bracket. Been researching ways to replace it and this really helps. I think I'm going to do same as you and use the park tool AP-1 PRIMER and RC-1 RETAINING COMPOUND. Since it does press into carbon and not a metal ring that would be ok with just grease.
Hello Hector, when pressing in my bottom bracket I just used the primer and retaining compound. It was a slow, noisy, nerve wracking experience. I have not had any issues though. I know there are conflicting opinions on whether some people use a carbon "safe" grease, plain grease, or no grease. I chose no grease and was successful.
