Iloilo compared to the incompetence of Filipinos cities is much more better and is actually developed in many parts. It’s not perfect but leadership seems more dedicated to the people and City compared to Manila and it’s greedy politicians. If it keeps being patient and smart, Iloilo will continue to be great and people will notice.
