At the end of this video, i found something interested me to know the TNY IC work in board power supply 🙏. Hope u can continue it
yes most of the TNY, TOP, LNK switching ics have internal voltage regulator to charge its external vcc capacitor, when the capacitor is charged at required voltage level, this ic starts switching
and auxiliary voltage are passed directly or through optocoupler for continuous operation

for so huge output power (12 x 60 = 720 watt) you must use half bridge or push pull topology. with short circuit protection

A Note: When you install the startup resistor. Always put the short end towards the high voltage. Because if the high capacitor DC voltage is on the exposed wire part of the resistor, it will arc if you are not careful. I set the PCB on fire with the mistake once !

What is the reason of fluctuation in this start voltage in most cases.???
Because it just provided from a simple resistoer and its not depend on feedback and regulation.
But in some cases bulk capacitors voltage is fixed but voltage of vcc pin of start ic is fluctuating

Sir, when load disconnected 5v rail and 12v rail normal.With main board connected 5v rail drops to 2.4v and 12v rail drops to 10.84v.I disconnected the cables individualy on mainboard but still showing the lower reading.this psi used viper22A controller ic.This dvd as no display on front panel.What could be problem. Thank you.
I have IN 4000A 28 V 19 A SMPS..it works ok for 5 mint after 5 mint there is no out put...

perfect diagram can be obtained from the manufacturer or service centers.
on internet diagrams are available but most of them are incomplete
dc inverter ac diagrams are rarely available. as it is new technology so companies are earning mony by replacing circuit boards. some diagrams like sharp or phoenix china ac's diagrams may be available in some service manuals.
