Thank you very much for this! Also, 1080p is just as good as 4k imo, most people can’t tell the difference and really most people probably don’t care. It’s sort of only noticeable to the person making a video if they’re hung up on the idea that they aren’t using the best quality, when really the second best quality is just as good.
You mention a Canon guide that your are referencing. Is this the manual that comes with the camera or is there an online guide that is better? If so, can you send the link please?
cool video, still considering this. i heard it overheats in 4k and records in 10 minutes 4k. the 10 minutes isnt my problem but the 4k overheating would be a problem. can you verify that.

Yes it does overheat after 10 minutes and it's very disappointing. I use it for photos and 1080p mostly now
