Thank you JMT for great video..I just replaced gauges for CHW and steam at my plant in North Jersey... the learning never stops bro! You the man homie.. Keep you the great work bro!
We do those a lot as a millwright and align them it can be a pain. I feel your pain on getting wet it’s happened a lot to me. Awesome video bro keep it up.
I was taught to never twist a Guage like you do, only get it started a few turns then snug with a wretch so you don't damage the Guage internals by pushing or pulling on its housing..
Great video, thank you… I like to date my gauges just so I know how old they are. Not sure what the manufacturer life spans are…. I probably wrap 3 to 4 times. I’m a tape and paste guy
Coming across the MB I saw Verizon hanging off that building with no tether working in the cell tower. Crazy. I figured that's where you changed that evaporator on that RTU.
Thank you for showing us around. It was really cool to see. Great job JMT!
@steveweld5573 You're very welcome & thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed it🤙🔧⚡️

I usually go 4 wraps on my Teflon but I see no problem with your method as shown. Good job as always jumper 👌
Great job as always. Interesting and helpful video. Well explained. Thank you JMT
Nice work Jumper Man, at least now you can see accurate pressure readings.
You do great work
I myself have been doing HVACR for 40 years and still learning as well
Your videos are so educational and informative. Thank you

Right on. Snubbers can help lengthen the life of guages that dont have glycerin. Won't help with ports getting plugged though.
This video dont count brother we need 2 more videos 😂 im not tryna wait a week to watch this 😂❤️
Great job . Thank you for sharing. Have a nice weekend Thanksgiving
Thanks for the great view of ya city dude awesome, keep up the great work from downunder.
I was taught that 2 wraps of Teflon tape was adequate.
I guess it depends on the clearance between the male and female thread, the wear on them etc
Five turns but tight also.

That place looks very well maintained.
Well I’d hope he said the building was only 2 years old
All the black pipe accumulate mud n junk and clogs up, especially those reducing elbows. Switching to brass helps with that.
What if one of those little twist valves went bad?? 😳😳
Turn off the pump and shut the pump discharge and suction.
3 turns is the standard I believe
👌🇱🇨
🙏🙏🙏🤙🔧⚡️
Debris in the pipe, causing so many gauge not to read. Are you going back to change all of them in 6 months.
three wraps and some pro dope
does the tower have water
air separators,strainers condenser loop
pump motor inspection
😻💚💜💚
that 90 is clogging it straight pipe
greasing is involved
water has a hard time passing air
no reason for a 90
cavitation
if it’s directly from pump more is better
Water right on the motor good job!
