Using dermaplaning razors that are not medical grade can actually cause micro tears and scrapes to the skin leaving it valuable to bacteria which is why your skin typically breaks out or develops texture afterwards. I highly recommend getting it professionally done so they can use the proper products and tools!

@@McKenzieMarq haha we're literally throwing an engagement dinner to make them all fly to us to meet so it's not happening our wedding week. 😂(one family is in Michigan and the other is in Pennsylvania).

Brooke how do seriously expect most folks to take you serious when you are talking about mental health issues when you are getting paid from these people to push their website, and sign up for their services how do folks know if they are accredited, I don't believe you and its wrong to sell people these type thing, if folks have mental issues go find a real doctor and deal with what you have to deal with.
I absolutely see what you're saying, but is it best to talk about it (albeit sponsored) than not at all? I think it helps way more than it ever potentially hurts. I agree, an in-person doc is best, but that assumes someone has 1. Insurance 2. Means to pay for it 3. Means to travel and so many other factors that play into whether someone can get into a clinic. So is it optimal? No. Is it better than nothing? 1,000%
I think the companies give the influencers the best of the best of the service, which is probably why they have good experiences lol

omg I love the canceled podcast. I’ve always been the biggest fan of Tana I’ve met her on tour 3 times (actually went to the canceled live show in august in New Haven,CT) and everytime I’ve met her she is so down to earth and sweet and Brooke was also a sweetie. Hey, enjoy your videos. Just a suggestion, try organizing the clutter on your surfaces throughout your apartment.
So refreshing when ppl are no longer reluctant to talk about mental health. From my xp; to anyone who's ever been a victim of hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had kinda androgynous look, which was a fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

How do you have your car in the city? Do you pay for a garage?
I always dermaplane my face with those razors and I started putting moisturizer on first to soften the hair and the shaving it off. (Don’t let the moisturizer soak in and dry) Then I rinse my face and immediately tone it! This helped with the breakouts!🩷
