this video really helped me get out of home today, have been in a funk all day and was about to cancel all my plans but seeing you do stuff regardless of your funk made me realise once you're out of your house it gets so much better

Eek better help is a scam, please don’t promote it! Took $1000 from me without telling me and my therapist wasn’t even available ever so I saw her twice and she always had to go do something so ended early. You pay $480+ a month even if your therapist isn’t available or if emergencies happen and you can’t come
Better Help is not a scam. You should have switched your therapist and cancelled your subscription. Don’t spread rumors
@@mariah660 not spreading rumors lolz it’s a scam. Not spreading rumors helping to spread common knowledge so other people don’t get 1,000 stolen from them. They admitted to me that their verbiage is wrong and misleading
the FTC even published a report a few months ago saying they violate clients privacy and multiple ppl have exposed their unfair pricing and horrible experiences. im always shocked its still being promoted by influencers after the great betterhelp scandal of 2018.
@@juliamarie9291 right?! Ugh it’s so sad. Like a therapist telling me she had to leave early on every call I was on?! And she would never remember what we talked about. That’s unacceptable. They matched me to her for her schedule and my needs and yet she was never available
I mean I used it for four months and it was great 🤷🏻♀️ I’m in Canada. It’s not a “scam” but it’s a shame so many people have had bad experiences

Hot tip for avoiding phone use first thing in the morning - get an alarm clock and sleep with your phone in a different room! and if you're not getting out of bed straight away, have a book/activity next to your bed to replace phone so you're not just lying trying to resist going and getting your phone haha. Even if I still grab my phone shortly after getting up, it makes the biggest difference to not be staring at your phone first thing :')
*Sometimes I even put it on silent in the kitchen cupboard so it's completely out of sight lmao, gotta play these mind games with yourself sometimes

I struggle so much with not going on my phone in the mornings but what helps me is to at least try go onto an app that inspires me, like Pinterest so my mood isn’t as likely to be influenced negatively by instagram/Tik Tok ect
If you want to change a morning phone habit you could try replacing that behavior with something else that you want to do/something you’d look forward to that then gets you to start the rest of your morning! Love your vids! ❤

One thing I did to stop starting my day on my phone was not allowing it to be in my bedroom overnight. It charges in my bathroom, and I bought a separate alarm clock to wake myself up in the mornings.

When are RUclipsrs in NYC going to elevate up with content like owing a home or condo instead of coffee, and in there tiny apartments videos, or apartment tour period?? Other RUclipsRS in Miami, Atlanta, Texas and more are buying homes, buying buildings and elevating but nit in NYC
