Brooke, I just wanna say I give you huge props for doing soul cycle every day!! I know in the past some viewers have said you need to do more than that, I tried a spin class for the first time this past week and it was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done.. you look so good!!!

First off, that green ruffle dress looks absolutely AMAZING on you! Secondly, I’m so glad you have doctors that are taking initiative and that are proactive. So many stories of doctors who won’t take precautionary steps because their patient doesn’t “look sick” enough to get something simple as a biopsy done. I’ve been following you on your health journey and I know it was scary because of the unknown but I’m so glad you followed up with it. I’m wondering if your doctors ever asked you about caffeine intake? Apparently women can be prone to caffeine sensitivity and side effects can cause lumps in the breast. I had a friend that went through something similar and she was told to lower her caffeine intake. Wanted to share that with you. Sending you lots of love from Atlanta, GA.

So exciting about Ben! Respect why you don’t show him but am I lowkey hoping to see what he whips up while he lives there?! I get the impression he’s a foodie. I’ve been religiously following since the Boston days and I was thinking oh wow, Brooke is getting mostly whole foods and not her usual freezer options (tried them all, love them) and then you say “by we, I mean Ben”. 🤣 Also, I tried the cottage cheese/ mustard combo from TikTok and it’s shockingly good.
Posting unsolicited medical advice for a second time because surgery is a big next step! I had an inflamed lymph node in my left armpit that was caused by wearing too tight of sports bras almost daily, all waking hours, which prevented proper lymphatic drainage/was irritating it? (Don’t fully understand as not a doctor) but if with working out more you’re in clothing that is very tight under your arms/around your ribs, maybe try limiting that as much as possible for a few weeks

I got a small procedure of removing a bit of dense breast tissue when I was pregnant out of an abundance of caution! A scary situation, but I’m so glad I did it to make SURE that everything was ok. You will feel better after this and you won’t be alone!

I bought the same air filter off amazon and if it is making a lot of noice, make sure you took the plastic off that is on the fan part of the filter! I know it sounds stupid but I didn’t even think it would be there and I took it ounce once I realized and it was so much more quiet!!!

glad you are getting good health care. In australia i don't have to pay one cent to see my heart and lung specialists on the regular, any hospital stays i had and all procedures i had such as MRIs, CT scans etc were free. We are blessed to have such wonderful care.

I had to have surgery on my armpit too for something similar and recovery was actually super easy and I was back to school the very next day. The only thing was I couldn't work out for a little while. Everything will be ok❤
wow big updates going on in the health world. do you wear natural deodorant? I know this is just one piece of the puzzle, but conventional deodorant clogs the lymph nodes there and I used to get huge lumps there when I was wearing it. I've been wearing super clean deodorant for years now and I've only gotten a lump once or twice that goes away when I massage it down. also, dry brushing!!! you can dry brush your armpits before a shower to move the lymph there I know health scares are just that: scary! hang in there sister! xo!

my daughter had this procedure @16. take arnica before surgery after her biopsy she had a lot bruising and surgeon told her to take arnica and very lil bruising.

Brooke, Blogilates 10 min no jumping apartment workout is awesome. You will feel the ache the next day and it is a good one to do when you have to get one in. The deck box is very big. Maybe one that can be used as a bartop / storage would work?

I love your content, but I skip your health updates. I care and wish you luck, but I have so much health anxiety that I cannot do anything health related via the internet. I have a feeling that I can't be the only one.
