Hey Brooke! If you want to try yogurt again, Chobani makes Greek yogurt "flips" - similar to the ones you liked as a kid. They have all different flavor combos, but with more protein and a little less sugar. Love these summer vlogs! ☀☺

TOTALLY agree with the yogurt, I ate it everyday when I was a teenager and then couldn’t stand the texture all the sudden… now I eat it but add berries & granola and it’s AMAZING
Yes I would recommend eating/drinking more protein. Protein and fiber will make you actually full. I have this same problem lol. You can also get protein from plant based products as well if you don't like cooking meat. Tofu, beans, etc. Lots of ways to get in extra protein just gotta look at the labels. Yogurt & cottage cheese is a great way to get in a lot of protein as well.
I guess Alaska is just different. I get all of my sheets, blankets, comforter at Walmart. Great prices and they are so soft and last if you take care of them and wash them right. I know NYC doesn't have a walmart, but maybe they ship to NYC?

the sony zv1f is SUCH an amazing little vlog camera. Inexpensive, wide angle and great video and audio.
Try after a shower, putting your hair into a messy bun while it's wet and drying it completely while it's up in a messy bun. I try it and it's excellent at being curly and messy! ❤
I have started eating a protein bar every day and also yogurt in the morning and I think it makes my workouts better and makes me feel stronger
Long time watcher but first time poster! As a gym girlie I would totally recommend protein and it can be daunting trying to fit in a large amount each day. I aim for 30grams per meal and around 10-15grams per snack! Smoothies will be your best friend for breakfast/snack with protein, other ideas are protein water, protein pudding or moose (could find it at the store), Yogurt bowls!, Tuna with avo/crackers, the cottage cheese is great!! and of course protein from meat! I can be overwhelming but It will help so much with feeling fuller for longer and giving your more strength and energy during the day, even if you arent trying to build muscle :)

So I’ve been doing plain yogurt & mixing in a spoonful of protein powder & it’s SO good. The texture is *chefs kiss*. I add granola & other toppings (nut butter, honey, fruit, etc) and it’s been the best filling breakfast lately!

I highly recommend increasing protein intake whether that be in shakes or meals(probably about 90-100 g of protein a day). As women we get less intake of protein which is super important for building lean muscle and overall health. I’m a nurse and I can’t tell you how many adults I have taken care of that do not do proper exercise, hydration, and protein intake.
Over the last year I have been on my fitness journey and have increased my lean muscle and I still haven’t reach my recommend amount of protein.
Brooke if you haven't already, try the Fabletics No Bounce sports bras. I have a bigger chest too and they are my favorite!

Trader Joe’s yogurt with strawberries and Trader Joe’s granola is my breakfast go to in the summer.

Hi Brooke! Please be careful with the First Aid Beauty spf! The only reason is: the packaging you showed seems to be the older version, before they’ve reformulated it. Many users including me noticed grainy texture from the old version, almost like tiny pebbles that irritated the skin. The new one looks like a lotion tube with a pump at the bottom
Get a glass bottle for hand soap and refills! Much more sustainable than the plastic bottles.
I’ve been eating the Greek gods honey vanilla Greek yogurt and it’s less sour tasting but I put it with the good and gather target granola the dark chocolate one and it’s so good!
everyone should be consuming roughly 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day (for a 150lb person, that's ~55g of protein). This is for sedentary people and this equation hasn't been updated in over a decade, so we should most likely be eating more. It is recommended to get most protein through meals, but it's perfectly fine to also supplement protein via shakes! Greek yogurt, eggs, meat, legumes, and other dairy products are all great sources of protein

Everyone should aim for 1g of protein per body weight. I weigh 135lb therefore I aim to eat 135g of protein per day. Supplements such as protein powder aren’t necessary unless you really struggle to get it in through whole food sources :)
You need audiobooks for those moments when you need to do stuff but can't put the book down.

Even though cycle and hot yoga aren’t necessarily your typical “muscle building” workouts, you can still build lean muscle and lose fat which is what gives you the toned look. BUT you should be consuming the right amount of protein in order to do those things which based off my knowledge is around 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Which seems like a lot but with fun protein smoothies and stuff it’s totally doable!
hey there! Dietitian here- whey protein is a great type to use! The vegan protein powders are missing certain amino acids that made it an incomplete protein.
You likely don’t need to worry about your protein intake with general longevity health goals. If you’re really concerned i’d see a dietitian near you to go through everything!
Yeah but when you mix certain plant proteins together you get complete proteins right? Ex pea protein x brown rice protein and you’ll get all the amino acids

I believe the general rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight. So for example I weight 120 pounds, so I SHOULD be eating at least 120 g of protein each day. Which is honestly very hard lol but it’s important. Most people don’t reach the amount of protein they’re “supposed” to be eating.
