Just looking out, but to prevent injury your back should be straight and not moving when doing bent over rows (this is an isolation exercise)! The only thing moving should be your arms If you do find your back moving or curving, may have to go down in weight first to build up back strength or stand up for a few seconds to take a break
As a certified trainer I was going to mention these facts...you get a better more productive workout when you isolate the muscle you are training ....🤙🌟
