I suppose they focused more on the character than the colour. Would be nice to swap them around though. Red is Sonic as he is the leader, Chuck is Tails as the loyal second. Though Chuck as Sonic makes sense as they are both the speedsters as well.

They made a mess with the costumes. Red should be Knuckles, Bomb Tails, Terrence Shadow, Chuck Sonic and Mathilda Blaze. But the costume are okay.
