    Absolutely love the simplicity of this farm. It’s easy to use, very friendly to even the most basic of minecrafters.
    My problem with this, is the fact that I’ve seen other Minecrafters make more efficient farms (meaning more XP at once). This is only 21 levels, vs a RUclipsr by the name of Zedaph, who got 100 levels in one sitting.
    I just can’t reconcile in my mind using a design like this that only gets me 21 xp levels when there is something out there for 100 levels.
    That being said, this design is extremely easy to understand, and I’m sure there are many more ways to maximize efficiency that will be looked into further. I truly cannot complain.
    My final thoughts, this design deserves a star-review of rating/10.

      @@shockwave3864 Yeah. I'll personally need to go through extensive research before I can come to a conclusion myself. You need to explore your options before you get dead set on one method of xp farming.
      There are pros and cons to each method you'll come across though. At least this one is more efficient than the sculk xp farms... This one should work for the general minecrafter, I believe.

    As simple as it is , its unfortunately very underwhelming , would be useful early game but when you can go to the nether , get quartz for observers , a raid farm is much better in terms of gains , and also can be done automatically unlike an exp farm , even with a growing station (to grow it fast) its still slow compared to a raid farm , if the exp orbs wouldve been bigger i would say 10/10 , i cant give it a better rating than 6/10 because also it doesnt produce any items.

    Ill say farm is decent, build simplicity is a real upside mainly cuz its pretty easy to build and doesn't take too many resources with the major exception of the bottles, the only downside is the efficiency, you can not really afk for it, what i would recommend is go for a smaller design, maybe just a couple blocks of farmland and it could use dispensers to bonemeal it (you could also hook it up with a bonemeal farm), have some sort of automatic harvest system maybe with water and then the xp would float to the player, the problem is, bottles of enchanting are very hard to come by, the only way to get them is with a cleric, and unlike your usual crop farm this farm doesnt supply any sort of ways to make the farm renewable, however i am not much of an expert on this xp farm, if there is a feature to somehow bottle the xp orbs and feed them through a hopper into a dispenser that is designed to replant the xp, or there is some way to get "xp seeds" that function as normal seeds as a substitute to an xp bottle, they could be fed to the player while the player is holding "right click" or possibly a keybind instead so that the player may replant the farmland when necesary, while dispensers bonemeal it and water could harvest it in a repeating cycle bringing loads of xp to the player in the form of mere xp orbs, to make this farm an efficient, renewable, afk xp farm, so to aid it in its efficiency i would suggest a modified version meeting the standards above,
    Despite these major downsides i still think this is the farm of all time, therfore i must rate it approximatly 1.2 morbillion/10

  • @FiXsy_
    @FiXsy_ 2 года назад +4

    It's a very innovative idea for xp farming, but I wouldn't say it's revolutionary. It's not really reliable because you can't get the enchanted bottles back, so it's more of a one-time thing to get more xp from your enchanted bottles than you'd typically do if you threw them, it rewards the player with more xp for spending time growing the crops which is pretty cool. You don't really have a reliable source of enchanted bottles either, so the use of this is limited to when you get lucky in a dungeon and get some. Overall I'd say it's a 7/10! Keep up the good work!

    I give it a 6/10, it’s super compact compared to other xp farms and doesn’t need a ton of red stone or skill
    But
    It isn’t very profitable

    This is very much a 9/10 nothing’s perfect but you managed to make it feel balanced even with mass growth and the glow being in sync is easy on the eyes but if you can try and make it twinkle like stars and having a different sound for harvest might have a elegant feeling like when you collect the xp and make a item look different than the normal bottle for fun like seeds of Xp or something Just really like this concept

    9.69420/10 The exp yield is good and the only way to plant them is with enchanting bottles. But… it’s too easy to grow. There should be multiple stages. The 1st stage doesn’t give anything, the second stage gives a bit (1/5) of an exp bar. 3rd stage should give a third of an exp bar. The 4th stage should give half of an exp bar, and the 5th stage of an exp bar, now I know that exp leveling up scales according to how many levels you have but I don’t give a s- anyway the exp is also too easy to grow, it’s just like regular crops except it’s exp, so make it so that it grows only when you collect exp near it, and the crop changes it’s stage after you get enough exp.
    This also gave me an idea. Maybe in the new caves, there should be a massive tree in a biome, which grows Experience apples, which give a set amount of exp. Maybe the tree could be called the wise tree or something.
    And maybe, you can grow exp with experience apples.
