    Wow. You always make content, whether it's youtube videos or courses or workshops, that have much profound things that do help when you apply them properly. But, this video, I've not studied exercise enough apparently because I didn't even know that you should start with the stretching test and stretches that are necessary, then move to lifting or resistance exercises I guess you'd call them. But it does make perfect sense, for the sake of muscle balance. And to do the stretch tests regularly enough to check if there's imbalances developing there, so you catch them before they develop more into wider-range imbalances.
    Thank you Paul! I'll study more exercise at some point after taking your workshop and some other good stuff, but I'll do it. Thank you again, once again

      Likely caused by heavy metals, fungal/parasite infections, and lack of sleep. That's what it was for me.

      @@tiamanderson4239 Okay, there is a LOT to this so bare with me. Big wall of text incoming. This comes from years of research/experimentation/experience. I'm no expert but ask whatever questions you'd like.
      First, You NEED a clean diet of organic foods, free of toxicity or otherwise your symptoms won't go away because you'll just keep reintroducing the toxicity back into your system, which is more than just heavy metals. Follow Paul's Primal Pattern dieting system from his book "How To Eat, Move, and Be Healthy" so you know exactly what ratio of carbs/protein/fats your metabolism needs for each meal time, inclusive of meat-to-vegetable ratio.       If your digestion isn't optimal enough, which is the case for most people these days, you'll have trouble actually assimilating the nutrients from the organic food. This means you'll need a high quality multivitamin to make up for. There is a difference between plant based vitamins and animal based vitamins.
