- In this video, I'll show you how to make Sigeumchi Namul (Korean-style seasoned spinach), a simple yet delicious and healthy banchan (side dish). Using fresh spinach, I season it with garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt for that classic Korean flavor. Perfect as a side for any meal or for a Bibimpap.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of spinach (about 200g)
Seasonings:
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon salt *please adjust
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Check out the TV show I was a part of last year! In the first episode, I demonstrated how to make Bibimbap, including Sigeumchi Namul, kimchi pancakes, and kimchi, for Ke La and Enlai. Here’s the link for you!
