Great workout! Fat burn mode, these exercises are perfect for loosening the lower back after a long day in an office chair and/or car. And, they’re fun! Perfect warm up before lifting some weights.

Really its amazing job today its for full body hips waist even back arms today i decide i dont want do work out because i have job in my house but when i see this video i cant stop and get up and catch my heel and begin and crushed it now
