2/3 apple
50ml of refined rice wine(sake)
4 laurel leaves
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Sauce:
Soy Sauce 80ml
400ml of water
100ml of coke
4 tablespoons of chili powder
3 tablespoons of grain syrup (or starch syrup)
three tablespoons of cooking wine
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
