Arroz con Leche Colombiano (Rice Pudding)

Arroz con Leche is one of my favorite Colombian desserts. This Colombian-Style Rice Pudding version is sweet, creamy and delicious. There are different variations of arroz con leche in Latin America, this is my family recipe and it is very easy to make.

Wonderful recipe, kudos! I used a Fagor pressure cooker to shorten the cooking time down to 18 minutes and reduced the amount of sugar (I used vanilla sugar) a tad. Very tasty.

You forgot the cloves which is important and the amount of sugar is just way too much since condensed milk and heavy cream has too much sugar as it is. ¡hay dios mio! Le vs a dar es persona un ataque epiléptico de diabetes

Im.from cartagena colombia and this is not the real arroz con leche . And we don't add cinnamon water. And no butter
We just put the cinnamon in the water for 5 minutes and we take out the cinnamon
We dont add cinnamon water in the leche will test soo bad
