Looks like just 2 exhaust valves, two guides and seals and that is it unless the seats show damage. Do not lap motorcycle valves, it takes the coating off. Do you have a guide driver they are easy and a stand for the head to get it off the bench.

Yeah, I didn't film the engine removal or swap because it would of taken too long.
Did you swap the whole engine or just u swaped the 2019 head to 2011

Seats look good. I did order a new piston, rings, pin, and clips.
