I was born in China, and 2022 World Cup is the 11th World Cup I watched on TV (1st one being 1982 when I barely knew Maradona, and his red card against Brazil). I became Maradona fan and in turn a die-hard fan of Argentina in 1986, and ever since - I have been unconditionally supporting Argentina for 36 years so far, and proudly so. Went through Italia '90 when I was in high school and became a Germany hater. When Batistuta emerged in 1993 Copa America I thought Argentina should have a decent chance in 1994 World Cup, and boy oh boy did FIFA kill Argentina's best team ever! I went through Argentina's fall to Netherlands in 1998 thanks to Bergkamp, and tasted Batistuta's tears in his swan song during 2002's group stage. Then, in 2006 - 2010 - 2014, three times in a row I witnessed my team fell on their archrival's sword in the knockout stage - which only added my hate toward Germany. Well, in 2018 I was so happy to see Germany got spanked by Koreans and felt it was like karma finally, but then there was Mbappe, and Parvard's instant classic. When Diego died two years ago, a part of me died too. I cried twice in my whole life when it comes to football: the first time was after 2014's final, and the 2nd time was when Maradona passed away......... Time flies, and here we go again. Tomorrow is 2022's World Cup final, against the same France team. Messi's last chance. If there is a football God, please give Argentina a World Cup. It is just long overdue.

@@joannrd3098 Ronaldinho ya es de la vieja escuela amigo, el típico futbolista formado en una esquina, con zapatillas rotas, jugando en una cancha llena de piedras, el hermano mayor era futbolista, pero se nota el barrio, sin dudas el mejor jugador que pude ver jugar, porque no lo pude ver al Diego, el primer mundial que me acuerdo es el del 98.
@@alex.ann_der jajajaja, amigo, Dinho recién se retiró en 2018, es un futbolista moderno que jugó en la época más evolucionada del fútbol, hoy en día es más difícil sobresalir, hay mucho dinero invertido, y por tanto los equipos se profesionalizan más y más. Por ejemplo en épocas de Maradona, los rivales eran muy fáciles de regatear, había muchos espacios, y los sistemas defensivos d ellos equipos eran pésimos, eso sí lo solventaban con continuas faltas.
Te pongo un ejemplo clarisimo de la evolución, mira el gol del siglo de Maradona en el 86, y mira el gol de Messi en 2007. A Maradona lo siguen trotando, le dejan mucho espacio, le salen predeciblemente, y al final le hacen la falta... Mientras a Messi, le marcan a velocidad constante, no le dejan mucho espacio, etc... A informarse mejor, o ver más fútbol, en lugar de andar diciendo que un Maradona con 50 años, tiene más magia que el 99% del fútbol moderno.
@@joannrd3098 Vos no sabés que la liga italiana de los 80's era la más dura de todas, hubo campeones como el Hellas Verona en la época de Platini en la Juve y el Diego en el Napoli, no había partido en el que no le vayan con patadas criminales, patadas directamente a romper porque eran menos estrictos en cuanto a faltas, al Diego en 2 partidos le tocaron más patadas criminales que a Messi en toda su carrera, hoy en día se viven tirando para simular falta y cualquier pelotudez es falta, antes tenías que tener huevos de verdad para ir a gambetear a tu rival, sabiendo que si no te sale te parten una pierna, y al Diego no le importaba una mierda todo eso, el fútbol europeo en si era jodido, los ingleses no entendían como en una cancha toda agujereada el tipo controlaba la pelota como si fuera una mesa de pool, hoy en día se quejan si el pasto está alto. Y seguramente ni siquiera lo viste jugar a Ronaldinho en su época, el tipo dejó de estar en lo más alto en el 2008, después de eso jugaba para divertirse porque le encanta el fútbol, pero no era el Dinho que se paseaba a todos en el 2004/05, y no es que haya inventado tanto, Maradona ya hacía todo eso en su época, solo que a Ronaldinho nadie le iba a ir a romper una pierna porque era lo que más vendía, mismo a Messi y a quien sea, nadie los quiere lastimar, a Maradona le quebraron el tobillo en Barcelona, estuvo 4 meses sin pisar una cancha y sin embargo se siguió bancando patadas bien de mala leche en toda su estadía en Europa. Cuantas veces viste lesionado a Messi o Cristiano, que sea por culpa de otro ? Andá a jugar al FIFA antes de querer enseñarme lo que es el fútbol nene, si te gustara este deporte sabrías quien es la leyenda más grande de todos los tiempos, dicho por el mismo Ronaldinho incontables veces.

I just realized this. At the end of the day. Maradona & Pele would or could outrank Messi in the GOAT RANKINGS. Someone once said, "there's a difference between the best players and the greatest players." Messi might be better(I don't really know) based on his style of play, his statistics and consistency but these guys achievements were greater. If only Messi won the world cup😪..of course it's unfair to Messi but life ain't fair.
