If you replicate this strategy, but very carefully not to accidentally buy the jungle item before 20 min. Even if you undo or sell your item the nerf to minion xp will stay with you the whole 20 minutes and you'll have griefed yourself beyond repair.
I usually time my purchase for the item about 19:00 min. 30sec to get back to lane and you only get penalized one wave.
then you can start "stacking" the jungle to be part of your champ i.e. free up a slot.
I ran Tryn SMITE mid and was just stealing all the dragons etc.
@@StewsReplayhow was your experience with vision and roaming as a midlaner? More effort? Were you able to able to get more easy kills from ganks or mid?
@@galgrunfeld9954 I take ghost and smite....not Ingite unless there are 2 or more enemy that have very good heal potential OR rush grievious items
There is a guy that explains how to use smite on top on hard losing matchups, there is a way to actually use it without getting cooked.

Just tested this 2x in quick play. It couldn't have been a better testing environment, i got blind picked into a flipping Quinn and an ignite teemo, both absolute lane nightmares for singed.
Helped me proxy early, secure cannons under tower and I took a grub to deny the other team 6. Won both gmes pre 20 so i didnt even get to experience the XP slingshot, minish is on to something here.
They are just gonna make cannon immune to Smite.
but they will mask it as 'toxic behaviour' when junglers smite a cannon after a failed gank.

Typical Riot, removing every good strategy from the game, as soon as it blows up. They really need to stop gutting strategic thinking. They've been doing this for years because people don't know what to do against good strategies... But MOBAs are strategy games... damn hypocrites giving us a strategy game that has all the strategic parts of it gradually removed.
I think they will just extend the experience penalty indefinitely, or just fix the catch up xp bug.

It ain't a bug. It's using an intended feature of the game in an unintended way. It's an exploit. In this context it's not punishable but I do expect them to patch it so it's not abusable.
As long as a lot of players don't report it to Riot they'll probably not do anything about them.
They only nerfed Smite on summons because people cried about the getting one-shot and then being useless.

i've been playing this style in normal games and have won like 10 matches in a row, its a great option instead of minion dematerializer and makes u a threat to the enemy jungler, as a jungle main and former singed jg one trick I fucking love this playstyle
Do you think it's possible to make is strong jungle? Finish camps fast, if no objectives are up, set up vision, then gank and proxy, or just proxy

If having smite post 20m gives you catchup xp, ADCs should run it. Use it to control the wave in lane and catapult up in experience as they enter the late game.
i used to do this strat a lot when i played vs counter match up like darius or yorick or whatever, but with spellbook as runes
I kinda want to try this on Cassiopeia now. She doesn't struggle with cannons like singed, but she would benefit from blue smite to hit q's and the xp boost, late game she could powerfarm enemy jungle pretty well too.
Thing is she's not as mobile and you can get really punished if you don't have very high damage, gangbanged or miss your ult.

I know of an emerald kayn top who does this exact same strat for quite some time, but it's such a difference seeing it on a challenger player
I honestly feel like smite in lane in most cases isn't even all that bad. Not having to contest cannons denies your opponents plays and being able to double smite jungle objectives pretty much guarantees your team can succeed in taking most important objectives before the opponents, so isn't that worth giving up an Ignite's worth of combat power?

Smite top feels really strong. Been playing it on garen and the proxy vs ranged is so insane.
Isnt the catchup xp based on the average level rather than how many stacks of the jungle item you are at

Did anyone notice the random blue spell get launched from bush at around 13 minutes after they kill sylas just as he tabs? I have ZERO idea what it was or where it came from.. no champions around and it killed a minion? Any ideas? Minishcap please look back and see if you notice it. Maybe a new champ leak secret?

i fee, like this could be viable on other picks that use demateralizer
The go to counter Riot has on offer for this is to only allow one person to run smite at a time.

I dont understand how people have such a problem laning against singed. anything with sustain or any tank especially tanks with shields can face tank the waves. and typically end up with more cs than they would normally get because they never have to risk trading over a last hit. things like sion or olaf are especially good at denying proxy pressure.
The problem with things like olaf is they get outscaled hard, and cant chase singed down. People struggle against singed because he is uninteractive and they get bored.
Why you not get ban if you use third part software? Its legal? And what is this?

Hey im pretty noob, why shouldn't u take an early enib against kassadin ?
It’s not necessarily against kassadin specifically. Taking an early inhib where you’re not able to close out the game causes your super minions to spawn which then goes to the enemies.
Super minions push rly hard to the enemies will get a constant influx of high level, high gold minions they can kill.
Kassadin is a champ that scales very well with levels (mainly his ult) so giving the enemy team the chance to collect a bunch of gold or exp is no bueno. Especially against a scaling champ like kassadin.
