Master-elo Garen-main here, If you go for the proxy like you did this game. Try to auto the melees while waiting for the ranged to come into range, auto- switch target and auto- q the third melee and then Spin on all of them but staying closer to different melee-minions during the spin. It makes the proxy a lot faster and safer since you only need 2 autos to clear the two melee creeps that didn't die from the thing. Summary: You auto 4 times (and 1 q auto-cancel) to clear the full wave instead of the 9 autos you needed to clear the minions at 2:30. You would've gotten 2 full minions extra with a little bit of extra Garen micro. Definently not flaming, loved the vid! Just added it for the min-maxers in the comment-section :P

The issue with garen proxy is that it’s unnecessary. Garen can win lane
But proxyin is still good for the back to base and dont miss cs
