Went on this ship 3 years ago. The food overall was the absolute best of any cruise we have ever been on. I told the head chef that everything I tried was great, he said Sir, you have made my cruise... I replied, Oh no Sir, you have made mine!
I have to say our food was really good on this ship and consistently good throughout the venues. I think our dining room service was the best we’ve ever received or at least one of the best. We were surprised especially for a smaller ship. Thanks for sharing and for watching!! Happy cruising 😎🍻☀️
@@ryanandkala Happy cruising to you guys as well! Enjoy your videos, one of your recent voyages, was very interesting, we are sailing the Carnival Celebration in several months too. 😎
Just did a 7 day cruise out of Tampa,,my second time aboard,,, everything was absolutely fantastic,, food was delicious, excellent,,wait staff very attentive. Gets a 10 plus!!!!
Wow! Sounds like you had an amazing cruise! We got really unlucky weather on this cruise. Thanks for sharing I love hearing about cruise experiences! 😎🍻☀️
Cool! Thanks for the quick and efficient tour! 👍🍻
No problem! We didn’t get all the footage we wanted but hey, we were on vacation! Thanks for watching ☀️😎🍻
I love watching your videos. It gets me excited for our upcoming cruise!!! I can’t wait!!
Thanks!! Glad you like them, thanks for watching 🍻☀️😎
That's a great overview, looks like a decent ship!
Thanks!! It’s an oldie that’s for sure definitely prefer the larger ones! 🍻😎☀️
Great video - thanks for sharing it with us.
Thank you so much!! 🍻😎☀️
Great overview of the ship as we prepare for our cruise to Bermuda leaving 7/9. Thanks for posting!
That’s so exciting!! I bet the weather is going to be awesome 😎☀️ thanks for watching! 🍻
this is really helpful, we love smaller ships, went on Carnival Pride many times, can't wait to check this out.
Ou I was actually looking at the Carnival Pride out in Europe sometime next October. We’re doing our first Carnival cruise on the Celebration in February, can’t wait!
Thank you. We are cruising in September . This gave me a great overview if the ship. Looking forward to our trip
That’s so exciting!! I’m glad we could help. Is it doing the same itinerary out to Bermuda? I hope you have a wonderful vacation!! 🍻😎☀️
Thanks for the content! It was just the right length! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 A nice preview as I will be on this ship at the end of December.
Thank you!! That’s so exciting, you’re going to have a great vacation!! 😎☀️🍻 We’ll be on the Explorer in December, I’m looking forward to seeing the ship with some Christmas decorations it’ll be our first December cruise 🎄🚢
Thank you for a great overview of this ship. Thinking about going on her & this video helps. i vote for "oldie but goodie"!
You’re welcome!! We’re glad you enjoyed it. There’s definitely some ups & downs with a smaller ship, but hey, at least you’re not working lol🍻😎☀️
Going in the morning!! I am EXCITED:) first time on it
Woooo!!! Have an amazing time ☀️😎🍻
This looks like a an oldie but goodie to me. Have only ever been on Voyager class nothing larger or smaller. But I love the amount of light/ seaviews that this ship has. And as someone who has no need for carousels and all that extra stuff I would definitely book this ship. Plus port of Baltimore is within driving distance, a big plus for me.
Good points!! It was our first time out of Baltimore and we drove for the first time as well. It’s definitely a lot less stressful driving in. The Schooner Bar, Boleros, and Viking Crown all had amazing views! Thanks for watching!! 🍻☀️😎
Very helpful. Thanks.
You’re welcome!! Thanks for watching 😎🍻☀️
Awesome video !!
Thank you!! ☀️😎🍻
We are lucky to have Royal sailing from Baltimore as the larger ships can’t pass the bridge, so Enchantment is a good fit. Thanks for a great video walk through tour!
We actually really liked driving to the port, since we are in Canada flying can always be a bit stressful especially in the winter. It was very cool going underneath the bridge on the sail away!!
Hi ⚓️! We were on the Enchantment December 2019 right before COVID out of Galveston Tx. When we started cruising 21 years ago this size ship was fine, but now that I’ve been on the big mega ships, I don’t want to cruise on the smaller ships anymore. The bigger ships have a lot more entertainment and spend more money for better shows onboard. I just found you on utube, I really enjoy your videos, please keep posting them!!
Thank you so much!! I agree, our last cruise was on the Symphony so coming back to the Enchantment was a bit of a shock! I think we’re going to be more selective from now on and pay the premium for larger/newer ships, unless we LOVE the itinerary that’s offered. Thanks for watching!! ☀️😎
Old and beautiful I love it
There’s definitely some pros and cons when it comes to the size of the ship but at the end of the day…you’re not working, there’s sunshine, and you can relax and have a drink 🍻😎☀️Are you going on the enchantment anytime soon?
I was on this ship on June 2, 2022 and itinerary. I saw this helpful video prior to boarding. Thanks
That’s awesome! I’m glad this helped and hope you had a wonderful vacation!! Time to start the countdown until the next one 😂😂🍻
We were just on the Mariner 2 weeks ago. Worn and torn these ships are just old.
Great destination Bermuda
Thanks for sharing 👍
Ya agreed, our next 2 will be a bit better we’re on the Navigator and Explorer, can’t wait!! 🍻☀️😎
Nasow? Lol 😆
Oops my bad if I mispronounced it in the video 😅 Thanks for watching!! 😎☀️🍻
I like the smaller ships, will be on enchantment in November.
The enchantment is in port with us today in Cozumel!!
We also like the smaller ships because they usually get into the better ports!! We just had bad weather on the enchantment sadly!
We were on the Enchantment in 2019. 5 nt cruise out of Galveston. Had a ball… good food, good company and loved it. The Enchantment doesn’t have the bells and whistles of the new cruises, but you can get it for a great price. Thanks for showing it.
Yeah exactly, we’re going to be a little more selective based on the ships moving forward unless we love the itinerary. Our last ship was the Symphony so this was quite a bit different haha! I have to say though the price was fantastic for a 9-night getaway. Thanks for watching!! 🍻☀️😎
We did the same cruise in mid June 2019!
Thanks!
You're welcome!! Happy cruising 😎🍻☀️
I’m going on Enchantment soon and oasis of the seas in June. I shall see if size matters I think the bigger ship will feel crowded but still an experience
You’re going to have so much fun!! The Oasis ships are amazing I’m so jealous! The enchantment wasn’t our favourite but it depends on what kind of cruise you’re looking for and the weather definitely played a role in our experience! Have a wonderful vacation and thanks for watching ☀️😎🍻
FYI, We're D+ and we are allowed in the Concierge Lounge as well as the D Lounge. We just did a b2b in April and will be back onboard next month.
That’s so exciting thanks for the info!! Have an awesome time I can’t wait to be back on a cruise 🍻😎☀️
Just got off Allure of the Seas. I may do this ship out of Baltimore because it's closer to where I live. Not bad for an old ship.
That's exciting! We drove to the port for the first time because we're out of Canada so it was a new experience for us. Overall we thought the activities on the ship were a little boring but hey, all you need is sunshine and some good drinks :)
I know that only certain sizes of ships can sail out of Baltimore because of that bridge but it would be good if they made a brand new smaller ship.
Oh the plumbing…. Follow our cruise vlog if you want that story! Coming soon lol 😂
Nice review. We are looking at booking a transatlantic cruise with this ship. My friends love to dance. Were there any dance classes onboard? How was the entertainment shows in the evening?
Thank you! There were dance classes almost every day in the atrium area I caught some footage of it somewhere in our enchantment vlog. We also thought the shows were great, we missed 1-2 of them but the Royal Caribbean singers and dancers were amazing. We do a ship review on the entertainment, food, the ship and activities here: ruclips.net/video/iv0qHtwht7g/видео.html hope this helps and thank you for watching!! ☀️🍻😎
Is the my fair lady dining room included for all passengers? I am also gluten free and taking this cruise soon and am concerned about the main dining options.
The my fair lady dining room is included, they took really good care of Kala and she is gluten free and vegetarian. Make sure your wait staff know, every night near the end of dinner they took Kala’s order for the next day. They would make whatever she wanted from the menu into a gluten free dish, if possible. It seemed to be a lot of Indian food, but if you’re not a vegetarian I’m sure there will be a ton options. We also found the main dining room for breakfast was way better than any option in the windjammer for her. Another option is in the Solarium Bistro they have gluten free pizza available on request, they use a separate prep area, gloves, different utensils to minimize any cross contamination. Let me know if you have any more questions!!! Have an amazing time ☀️😎
I went on Enchantment in 2001 for a week, had a good time. Kala you look amazing, Ryan get a Red Sox hat.
Best comment ever!! Thanks so much for the great compliment!!!
I agree with you on the hat too! Boston teams all the way!
I’ll bring make sure to bring my red socks hat on the next cruise for ya!
@@kala-ryanandkala I just subscribed! You go girl!
I decided, it’s old lol! 😂
Lol yeah I agree, next time we’re only going on a smaller ship if we REALLY like the itinerary. Thanks for watching! ☀️😎🍻
It depends on the person and what type of cruises they like. I like the smaller and midsize ships. To me going on the big ships is like going to a small entertainment city. The amount of people is just a little less then where I live. That is not a vacation for me.
Ya exactly, We like to mix it up every now and then but if we were to pick we’d probably settle on the Freedom Class being our favourite size. 🍻😎☀️ thanks for watching!!
Did they do rock-a-rokie or just karaoke?
After talking to each other about this we think only regular Karaoke 🎤, they also did some other singing contents like Finish that Lyric
Nice walk through, but it seems like everyone on the boat is a senior citizen. Other than you two were there anyone under 50 on the boat?
Haha 😂 yeah it was a much older crowd!! Apparently that one is a popular one to have an extended vacation on, probably because the price was so affordable. Our next cruise on the Navigator was an absolute blast and a good mix of all ages. Thanks for watching!! 🍻☀️😎
@@ryanandkala I'm booked on the Wonder in 2024. So that should be interesting. I've been on the Carnival Conquest and that was a older smaller ship so I'm excited about the Wonder of The Seas.
@@ryanandkala I was curious because the ship leaves out of Baltimore and was wondering if the experience would outweigh not having to buy flights.
@@michaelpenn8176 Nice! Im hoping to get on the Wonder in 2024 as well, it was nice leaving out of Baltimore. It was much more relaxed we didn’t have to worry about missing the flights and we left at our own time. I would definitely do it again but be more selective ob the time of year and ship.
@@ryanandkala Sounds great !! Maybe I'll see you there. We are on the March 03, 2024 sailing.
We were on that ship! It was fine and should not be discounted.
That’s awesome! We only received the discount due to a big sewage problem that affected our area of the ship I think everyone who complained received 25% future cruise credit. Thanks for watching 😎☀️☀️
👋😎👍
😎🍻
we are going December 9-16, 2022
That’s so exciting!! There will be Christmas decorations ☀️😎🎄🍻is it the same itinerary out to Bermuda?
You could literally see my car at the beginning 💀
Haha no way!! That’s amazing 😂🍻 hope you had a great cruise!
