For the start of the Walkthrough/Guide playthrough video series for THE LEGEND OF LEGACY HD REMASTERED, you can head on over to the prologue video, here: ruclips.net/video/HZqSEWC4Kr8/видео.html There will be a pinned comment on that video that will have the links for all the episodes of the series as well (as they come). :)
It was by far the most complete video about this game that I saw, I was unsure about buying it but I thought it was really cool, congratulations on the wonderful video
Thank you so much! It's been so long since I played it but I absolutely love Alliance alive so I was excited to play again but forget how much of a grind this entire game is
Thank you so much for watching. :) Yeah, they did the whole all consoles thing here--sans XBOX for some reason. If you are going for the achievements, it's gonna be a fun (albeit a bit challenging) one to do.
I remember seeing this game on the 3ds, but i never had a chance to actually play it. Hearing its coming to switch makes me happy, now Ill get a chance to play it! This video will be very helpful
Hopefully, you will enjoy it. :) It's funny, though, considering I think it's going to be overshadowed by yet another game coming out the same day (Dragon's Dogma 2). Still, I hope it does well this time around.
Thank you so much for the refresher for this HD version! I played this game to bits, all 7 characters when the game first came out. I honestly preferred it to Alliance Alive, it's just so charming. And you're quite fair to the game while treating it with love it and other SaGa inspired games deserve. Earned a subscription from me easily.
Thank you so much for your kind words! And, yeah, Alliance Alive was better in handling almost everything (the story, the characters, the progression, there's even some funny dialogue thrown in there from time to time). I want this game to succeed, though and I want people who bought this game (because they played Alliance Alive but aren't familiar with this one) not to give up on it midway. I honestly want more games like these. Haha. I do feel kinda bad for Filmia in this video, I just couldn't resist throwing him around. XD
@@IAmViancaTotally fair, and I think quite honestly Alliance Alive is probably the better game in an objective sense, but I just personally adore this game's more minimalistic atmosphere and charm, and it's one of the *very* few games that I feel that actual spirit of exploration with every new area. I would love another game in this style.
@valdegard true. I love how the game rewards you, in a sense with free maps and locations, if you actually explore. And the story is something not handed to you but you piece together from the stones you find while exploring. I think the only thing I really didn't like is how much (at the very least, in my own playthroughs) the RNG of the game hated me with the Awakenings and the Stances unlocking. Or how in NG+ you don't get to transfer them into a new run (which was something, if I remember correctly, Alliance Alive allowed?). Do you, by any chance, know of other games (apart from the main SaGa ones) that have the same kind of "spirit" as this one?
@@IAmViancaSome New Game+ stuff would have been an improvement for sure, something the recent SaGa remasters all have really leaned into, to their benefit. Surprising that this Legend of Legacy remaster seems rather bereft of such quality of life. I still think this game is special for capturing a very specific feeling, but for rather story light games that reward players for getting out there and feeling inclined to explore, I recommend Grand Knights History, the Metal Max games, and even some early mainline SMT games fit that bill (even if they have a lot more going on thematically under the hood.) It's not as much exploration heavy, but my favorite actual SaGa-like is Hat World, something I have some clips for on my channel if that interests you.
Such an awesome video. Gonna start over the game. Since i made some poor choice in the party. Filmia is super cute tho 😅 I'm a bit sad those "saga" game require much knowledge to play properly.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 Haha, yeah. Lol, he is like the cuter version of Frog from Chrono Trigger. I just couldn't resist throwing him around in the video animations since the game liked to do that too. 😆 Yeah, if you come into them blindly, you might get a bad time (or grow bored and frustrated). 😅
I am not familiar with that one (but I Googled it, lol) and I now have this strange feeling like I've played it before but cannot just remember it, lol.

Oh, gosh. That's so nice of you to say. Thank you for the kind words! ☺️
Absolutely wonderful explanation of this game!! Thank you so much!!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad. 😊
This is an amazing video. I’m learning things I didn’t know how to unlock in the 3DS one. Thanks for the great video! ^^
Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear that. :)
Thank you so much for this amazing video. It’s going to get me back into it as I was a bit lost with some of the field effects
Thank you so much! It's been so long since I played it but I absolutely love Alliance alive so I was excited to play again but forget how much of a grind this entire game is
Haha, the grinding wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't reliant on RNG and the player's luck as well. 😅
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
Amazing video, Vian, thanks!
Never heard of this game and your video made me interested. So happy it’ll launch on PlayStation too.
Thank you so much for watching. :)

I am at the final boss and realized I been RNG Max HP screwed
Is there a way of getting to a certain map without having to run through the other maps?
You can buy most of them. But there are others, particularly in the later parts of the game, that requires you to go through an exit.
@@IAmVianca ok thank you 😊
No problem. 😁
thanks very SaGa like 👍
Yep, it is! It's like the spiritual successor of the SaGa games. :)
I get major Quest 64 vibes
