Nagpa Abdominal Ultrasound ako lately as part ng general checkup after my heart surgery
Nagworry lang ako sa result
Normal Kidney Size with borderline parynchymal echogencity.
Nakaleave pa ang doctor ko kaya di ko pa mapabasa. Nagwoworry ako ng sobra.

Mangangailangan po ng isang PERSONAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT mula sa kanilang doktor, for a thorough/complete medical interview and physical assessment, along with APPROPRIATE DIAGNOSTIC TESTS para po ma determine ang actual health status ng isang pasyente. Halimbawa po ay maaaring makaapekto din sa mga treatments ng isang pasyente (kasama ang pwede at hindi nya pwedeng inumin gamot) ang presence of comorbidities (additional na mga sakit na maaaring hindi alam ng pasyente na meron siya). Nagsisilbing guide/ general information lamang po-- for increasing one's health literacy--- ang ating mga napapanood, napapakinggan o nababasa.
