Funny, I was going to buy one of these for the gas mileage and entry price, but since I love Subaru so much (I've had 6 so far, ranging from an '84 wagon, a couple of Brumby pickups, 2 later model Foresters and an '18 Outback). So going for another Outback.
Hey Felix…interestingly I bought a 2023 Crosstrek Premium with a manual and a 2023 Elantra Limited in the same week…lol. I love both cars. The Elantra is great…mostly my wife’s car. Better stereo…superior technology…much better gas mileage…mostly everything is better in the Elantra. And yet all I want to do is drive the Crosstrek. Yes there’s Rev hang…yes the the clutch grab point is very high….but I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve been able to drive it smoothly. It is pretty slow…but coming from a 2016 Miata Club…that manual drove so effortlessly….the Crosstrek is peppy enough I guess. I use it for work to tow a pressure washing trailer and missed a manual so I got the Crosstrek. You’ll love the Elantra….it’s awesome.
The 3K u lost could've got u a crosstrek sport with a cvt and all the tech. Hyundai is good, but they depreciate at a tremendous rate compared to suburu. You be you, I'm not hating, congrats on your car.
Hi there, amazing car! I'm still waiting one of this, is not manufactured yet, bur my question is... was that confortable in the city drive? i mean you feel a lot of feedback from the street or the suspension absorb good the streets pits...? cheers
What a downgrade from the Crosstrek. 😢

We shall see!
Good choice IMHO
Savings aside, just surprising you didn’t just get a CVT Crosstrek or Impreza. Nice Elantra though. Congrats.
Good choice..
Pretty sure the elantra limited has an IVT which is basically a CVT but a different name Intelligent variable transmission
Cheaper is better 😂
If jump out from xv, I am definitely going for a forester. I love Subaru so much and forester drives brilliant
Beautiful car, Felix! Looking forward a video showing what you are carrying on this new car

Congrats! The car is very comfortable in the city, incredibly quiet and relaxing. Very good car.
I’m window shopping for a Crosstrek Sport or Limited and I’m just curious why you went with the premium? Nice new car btw, congrats!
Premium was the best trim available with the manual gearbox in the USA
You should have gotten the hybrid version.
Looking forward to the impreza vids!
did you miss your clio and alpine that you left in uk??
You gave up a manual for this?
Yes!
I was thinking the same LOL
I think you are MAD!....But that's my opinion....good luck with the CVT....Hyundai has had CVT and engine problems in the past years. Good luck....
10 year warranty means this is not such a problem! :) Hyundai makes their own CVT gearboxes now and supposedly the quality is much improved.
@@fgardnerDon't pay that hater any mind. You made a good choice.
@@jraheemjefcoat429 Thanks mate, I have been really enjoying the car. It's not that exicting, but incredibly good to drive.
@@fgardner That's because you didn't get the N version..lol. But it's the price to pay if you want efficiency gas mileage.
Awesome looking car man
