- We've seen the East (right) side of the route during the official route reveal stream - what about the left hand side? Lets go look. Lets also see what has changed in the build since the reveal stream.
Disclosure I received this DLC free from Dovetail Games to make content like this for you.
If this was a Skyhook route, I would probably buy it now as they've proven a willingness to fix things. MML is now one of my favourites despite not being perfect on release.
Given it is Rivet,I'll wait and see.
I'll either not get this at all, or I'll get it in a future sale if they fix it enough.
I already got suckered with WCL and Scotrail exp ive noticed a pattern don't think i will risk it with this one either.
It really isn't a bad route. Functionally its fine. The trains work well. There are some scenic deficiencies around the place but nothing truly awful. There has been an announcement of new base route services and new layers coming out.
no drama with a wait and see
I'll say "maybe" instead of yay or nay. Thanks for taking us on the drive. I don't know much about what I should see on this route but the bridge was impressive. I think the question for me is will I find the rest of the route interesting to keep running it. Some more custom assets would be nice, I see a lot of cut and paste. Spread out unique things at different parts of the route type deal. Also I'm going to wait for my Xbox X because it probably will suffer on my old gen. Btw, Jasper did say there is a hill start... Not sure what it's mapped to.
I found the hill start later, is the apostrophe key on keyboard you hold it down while the engine revs up and it'll stay in step 1 until you're ready to move
Rivet Games did say that unfortunately there'll be no planes coming in or out of the airports and no ships going up or down the sea in the Fife Bridge at all. They also did say no engine smoke too.
Rivet Games also said no freight either. If you saw the stream the German guy (dont know his name) all he did was say no to literally everything.
Jasper? He's not German lol. He lives right next to this route. Yes it's a no for now. I expect an update will come out with more things. Ships could even be on the cards there's train tracks just slightly visible under the water. In this game everything is a train even if it looks like a ship.
Thank you fir the videos today TSD
you're welcome
There's a signalling problem on the north side of the bridge heading northbound, one signal shows green, the next signal aspect is red, no yellow signals or fixed boards in between.
@@FM60260 can you please give me the service this happens on?
@@trainsimulatordriver It is not on a service, I was free driving
Where are the announcements?????!!
They're there, they're just quiet
Trainsimulatordriver does the GSM-r work on the Class 170 please?... Rivet did sat that the Class 170 would have working GSM-r
You can do a few things with it like make it brighter or darker. You can't enter your head code.
So definitely not worth full price 😕
fair
@@trainsimulatordriver I still debating to get it or wait a month or 2 ...
@@Grumpy_Englishman Waiting would be your best bet.
This route is a disaster, it is unfinished.
I agree with there being more work to do but I disagree with disaster. It is playable. I expect an update will come.
I didn't hear a single announcement... This is Berninaline all over again🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻, where the announcements stop announcing the stops all of a sudden and becomes silent all of a sudden...🙄😒🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
They don't run on scenarios but they did play one the service trips. They're very quiet. They're louder in the passenger space.
@1:03:28 that needs addressing ... Can you report that please?. So they can fix it please?
Yes I'll be raising tickets for a few things
Is it worth it today?
For me yes, if you like long passenger runs. If they're not your thing so much then you might wait for a sale. "Worth it" is very subjective.
