I love making cinnamon rolls!! I have an old fashioned recipe book for it with great tips on how to cut the rolls evenly, cleanly, and easily. Simply use a long enough strand of sewing thread, slide the thread under the rolled up dough where you'll be cutting and simply cross tie the thread and it'll cut right through! ^^ just make sure you don't actually "tie" the thread otherwise you'll get knots all through it ( it's a simple cross action that leaves the thread untied as it cutts through the dough). Is it possibly to create a gluten free cinnamon roll recipe with almond or coconut flour for a little "guilt free" treat ? :) I admire your creationism and simple twists on such yummy meals. My mom and I love it. So much convenience packed into such an energetic and uplifting channel.

thanks a lot for your ideas they inspired me to create my own version of cinnamon rolls "moroccan cinnamon rolls" with our great flavors,actually the test was amazinggg espically that i mixed those flavors with coconut cream...i know crazy combination but i tried it and it was soooo tasty

Hi Jasmine Mcculloch I experienced some trouble with that too. One suggestion would be to grate the apple instead of dicing it. That way, you get a finer filling that's easier to roll :)
Hi! I want to make these for Christmas Morning but I don't want to go through all the trouble of making them the day of. Could i just let the dough rise overnight (in what stage, ball or the rolls made) in a room temperature place or the fridge? I really like your videos!
