My father slams doors, sets traps to make me talk, constantly looking for a crack in the wall to break me. He gets very aggressive and violent when he does not get his way. I have no option but to keep focused on my tasks, the real reason for the aggressive behavior is control. A sociopath will play dangerous games, so my father will act in friendly way to get in my mind, then the next second he turns nasty. Tell you what its a nightmare living with dysfunctional and mad family. I have no choice but keep smiling and just wait, because I did not know the family where insane and I am battling to keep away from these fools.

I think the silent treatment can just be ignored. When they are ready to talk you can adress it and ask them what was on their heart. Most likely they will deny something was wrong anyway.
When it comes to other passive agressive comments, I find it hard, because often times when you adress it they will deflect by saying that they didn't mean it in a bad way or they will accuse you of being too sensitive. Its at these moments where I struggle to respond.

Like you said before with wisdom comes maturity. Thanks 🙏🏾 to the podcast sponsor and Minister Cassandra Mack for this valuable message! ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🌹🌹😊💯

HR is typically full of toxic people. I've worked in HR/training for years now, and people in those roles use their access and positions to do some pretty heinous things. HR cannot and should not be trusted.

Thank you sister Mack for another informative lesson about passive aggressive behavior. I strongly agree and I totally identify with your personality traits, about confronting an individual about their behavior. Most people cannot stand someone who has a direct attitude. Your absolutely right being direct is not disrespectful especially when you approach the person right. All of us has some form of sensitivity, but many people are super super sensitive. To the point where you cannot correct them, which is wrong. Sometimes I have to put my emotions in check when someone is correcting me on my mistake. I may not agree with everything the person talks about but it doesn't mean that I should take it personal. Most people with passive aggressive and manipulative behavior begin at childhood. Some of their family members, and friends never confronted the person about their attitude instead tolerated it. Whenever someone confronts you about your behavior, and you know in your heart your behavior has a negative effect on your relationship people. But you refuse to change that individual is a fool. A fool's behavior always has bad consequences. Please continue to be the direct, caring, and woman of God that you are. Whether people like it or not. I never met you imperson but I can see the character of God in your presence and teachings on you tube. Thank you so much, have a blessed week.

I can no longer deal with this person. If I ask her not to do it, she does it. If I ask her to do it, she refuses. Says shes not mad but does mean things out of the blue. No insight, no responsibility.
